Twomato Pasta Sauce - Review (and a Giveaway)

About Twomato (from the Website)

Who are the people behind Twomato? We are Vincenzo and Julianne, an Italian guy and an American girl, now living together in Philadelphia.  We stand behind our Twomato promise to you and your loved ones ensuring the wonderful flavors and aroma of our handmade tomato sauces, prepared in small batches from the finest, freshest ingredients with no preservatives, sugar or water added.

Our Twomato sauces are always created from scratch using Vincenzo’s original Italian recipes, to assure a unique and healthy dining experience, and jarred right from the pan to preserve the freshness and savory flavor.

I was lucky enough to be sent a Tomato & Tuna sauce and pasta to try out:

Taste an authentic Italian recipe of tuna blended with fresh vine-ripened tomatoes, garlic cloves and extra virgin olive oil. This original recipe from Vincenzo’s family is handmade using all-natural ingredients. Just heat and toss with your favorite pasta.

My Review:

Now before I review, I know some may be asking Tomato and Tuna? What? They do not go together??.. But I want to tell you yes they do go very well together! Don't let a new flavor scare you off. When the jar & pasta arrived, I loved the personal touch on the jar, the cloth top on the jar was a nice touch.

I made the Tomato and Tuna Twomato sauce with spaghetti last night for dinner. Having the tomato and tuna together reminded me of tuna casserole (a family favorite). The sauce was not fishy tasting at all, it was delicious!

I was very impressed the sauce was packed with tomatoes and tuna, there was no skimping on ingredients here. When Twomato says there are between 7-10 serving of vegetables in every jar they mean it! As a working mother it is great that there is a healthy meal I can put together quickly that my family loves.
The sauces at Twomato are unlike any sauces you can pick up at the supermarket this is not a over processed sauce that has many artificial ingredients.

Twomato is created from scratch! 100% natural ingredients. No preservatives, no water added and no sugar added! No water added? Wow. That just means it is all tomato in there, the way a sauce is meant to be.

If you do not like tuna, Twomato has many other sauce flavors:
·         Tomato & Basil
·         Tomato & Garlic
·         Tomato & Mushrooms
·         Tomato & Peppers
·         Tomato & Eggplant
·         Tomato & Shrimp
·         Bolognese

So why not check out Twomato, for a healthy made from scratch delicious tomato sauce! As a fellow Philadelphian I who heatedly recommend this sauce. The great folks at Twomato have offered one of my readers a chance to win a Jar of Tomato Basil Sauce and a pound of Pasta. Please enter below for a chance to win!
