Week 5 20 Second Fitness

Week 5

If you have been following me on my journey to a more fit body with 20 Second Fitness  , I have just finished week 5. The past five weeks have been tough at times, but I think I have done well with the program and I am enjoying the results.

Have you ever done anything that was hard to accomplish, but when you are finished you are glad that you did it, you are a better person because of it. Well that is how I would describe 20 second fitness. I have only lost a few pounds so far, but that is ok. What I am concerned about most is the inches lost, my pants fit much better (heck they are really too big now, and that is wonderful) and I like the way I look better than I did before.

This week’s workouts where tough, the 12 minute workouts, I just have to say wow, they got your heart pumping. And having 4 minutes of Jumping rope was probably the toughest workout I have ever done… Ever!   When I think about it, I really am getting old! I remember jumping rope all of the time, I just loved to do it. I would jump rope all over the yard for what seemed like hours. Now 4 minutes of jumping rope, I thought I would pass out! But I did it, and I am here, I survived.

The only thing that is holding me back from losing more weight I think is the sweets, I have to make sure I do not fall into the sweet trap when easter comes! Just don’t eat the sweets~

I am planning to go away for the weekend this weekend so I am bringing the exercise kit with me, and it should be easy to pack it fits nicely in a bag. I will let you guys know next week how it is to travel with 20 second fitness.

So if you are looking for a routine that will get you ready for swimsuit season (yes it is that time again, the stores are already selling swimsuits!) why not take your own exercise journey with 20 second fitness. You will love the results!
