Jeepers Peepers from Super Duper Publications, a great kids game review (And a Giveaway)

My family loves to play board games, we love it so much that we designate at least one night a week as family game night.  Games that can be enjoyed by kids and adults are our favorites. We were very fortunate to be able to check out  a great game from Super Duper Publications called Jeepers Peepers.

So who is Super Duper Publications? Well Super Duper Publications was founded by Sharon and Thomas Webber in 1986.  They specialize  in easy-to-use therapy materials Super Duper offers creative and colorful educational products to enhance your at home or at school learning experience.

And of course you are asking what is Jeepers Peepers?  It is a great game that your family will love, here is a little more information from the website:

Am I a monkey? A hamburger? An astronaut? How many questions will it take to find out?
That’s the question on everyone’s minds—or glasses—in Jeepers Peepers, The Ask and Answer Question Game that builds questioning skills, describing skills, categorizing skills, problem solving skills, and more! Have one student put on the glasses. Place a photo card in the Peepers slot without showing it to the student. Have the student face the other players and ask yes/no questions to find out what he/she is! Then, have everyone play!

This game sounds like it will be a blast to play doesn’t it?

We could not wait to try it, this looked so fun. Well I have to tell you this game is so much fun just like it seems it is a blast! You get to act silly and just act like a kid, this is great for big kids too. Start off with wearing your giant glasses, luckily I did not have any issues putting the glasses over my eye glasses. After the glasses are on, just put the card in the glasses, no cheating though… you can’t see the card. Of course others can see your card, but the object of the game is for you to find out what card you have.

Now the real fun part starts, time to ask questions! Am I an animal? Am I red? Am I a toy? After asking questions with only yes or no answers, it had us giggling and laughing out loud.  This game is a little harder than you think… there are just so many things that you could be, and guessing is tough sometimes, but they have a handy question card if you cannot come up with any more questions.
Jeepers Peepers comes with 101 photo cards in five categories: Animals, Food, People, Things,
and Transportation.
Jeepers Peepers includes:
  • 6 pairs of Jeepers Peepers glasses
  • "My Cue Cards"
  • 101 photo cards (4" x 5")
  • Spinner and bingo chips
  • Instruction booklet
We had a great time playing this game as a family. This game would be great for kindergarteners on up. My daughter is in 2nd grade and she loved this game and could not wait to play again.

We played it 4 times over and over again, it really was that much fun. This is a game we will play on family game night for years to come.  So if you are looking for a game that will keep your kids’ minds sharp, a fun educational game that does not seem like an educational game I would highly recommend a game from Super Duper Publications you and your kids will love it.
I can see why this great game has won many awards and now experts have taken notice and awarded Jeeper Peepers eight top honors including the Good Housekeeping Best Toy Award!   That is a great honor, and it shows you how wonderful this game is for kids.  Jeepers Peepers sells for $29.95 you can order online they offer free shipping on orders of 20 dollars or more. Most places only offer free shipping on $50-$100 purchases, so free shipping on a $20 purchase is a wonderful deal!  You can also purchase extra glasses for $11.95 and 101 Add-on cards for $15.95.
