Stonefire Authentic Flatbreads preservative free flatbread your family will love #Giveaway

Are you looking for something new? How about a new way to eat a sandwich, or make a pizza? A new type of bread that will go with so many of your favorite food. A break from plain old bread, or buns? Well you are going to love Stonefire Authentic Flatbreads they are preservative free and delicious. Here is a little more information about Stonefire Authentic Flatbreads from the website:

It’s all about authenticity, it’s about being worldly, and it’s about family. “Don’t fight tradition” is a familiar saying at the Ajmera family table. And this is always referred to in regards to flatbreads, the world’s oldest breads. For the family, the start of the journey in creating Stonefire Authentic Flatbreads was all about being true to the history, heritage and homage of these worldly breads. The Ajmera’s are very aware that the tradition of making flatbreads has been in existence for over 6,000 years.

With participation from almost every corner of the world (from India comes Naan, from the Mediterranean comes Pita) the intrigue in bringing all the different shapes and textures of flatbreads to North America began. The Stonefire adventure was rooted with two unbreakable rules. Rule #1 – The flatbreads had to be utterly authentic. Only traditional baking methods and the finest ingredients would be used. Why break with tradition? Rule #2 – The flatbreads would be “preservative free” just as they were years ago.

Stonefire Authentic Flatbreads, makers of the #1 naan in North America, provide endless options with freshly-baked naan, pizza crust and pita pockets, all of which are versatile, authentic and utilize traditional baking methods. All Stonefire flatbreads are made without artificial preservatives, additives, artificial colors, trans fat and hydrogenated oils.

My Review:

As a working mom, I have a very hectic day, from working full time to taking care of my family with my other time. I am always on the go, but I love it and I would have it no other way. But  finding new and delicious things for my family to eat, that are quick and easy for this busy mom is not always easy. When I found out about  Stonefire Authentic Flatbreads I was so excited, a flatbread without preservatives, this is a  great thing, and my family just loves this wonderful flatbread.

My family was very lucky to be able to try each favor of Stonefire  naan, plain, wheat, and garlic naan, the new pitas and two great looking pizza crust flatbreads. I you are not sure what naan is, naan is soft, flatbread of India, baked in a tandoor oven. It is hand-stretched and made of natural ingredients, free of preservatives, additives, artificial colors, trans fat and hydrogenated oils. Naan can be used for so many things.  You can use it for pizza, dips, sandwiches and so much more!

My family is a big fan of naan, first trying it at Sanaa in Disney’s Animal Kingdom.  The waitress told us that we simply must try it, and we figured why not? So we ordered the naan as appetizer and we were instantly naan fans. So when I told my family they would be able to review Stonefire Naan they were excited.  When the naan arrived, my daughter could not wait to try some. So I made her a peanut butter and jelly sandwich on the wheat naan, (it is not as weird as it sounds, it looked good) and she loved it! For dinner I made a easy to make pizza with items that I had on hand (being at work for most of the day, means I usually have to cook with what I have on hand, I have no time to stop at the supermarket)  this was so basic but it was delicious!!

Sweet pepper pizza with Stonefire Flatbread

Italian Artisan Stonefire pizza crust
Pizza Sauce
Parmesan cheese
Jarred sweet peppers
1 bag of shredded cheese of your choice

Top flatbread with pizza sauce, sprinkle with shredded cheese. Chop sweet peppers up into small bite sized pieces.  Top flatbread with sweet peppers, then sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 12 minutes, let cool then enjoy!

The pizza  was a big hit with my husband, he raved about it and said that I should make it again in the near future. We all loved it, the crust had a nice crunch on the outside but it was soft and had just the right chew on the inside, it was very good.  The next day for lunch I made a naan quesadilla for my daughter, again she was a fan. It is nice to be able to break up her lunch options. I am sure it gets boring eating plain sandwiches every day.  The Stonefire naan and so many fillers sure makes for a better lunch.

As the weather gets chillier, if you find yourself looking for some comfort food while hanging out with your friends and family. Instead of going with the usual comfort food, why not try a quick nutritious comfort food such as flatbread pizza with crispy kale, butternut squash and smoked mozzarella, OR gorgonzola, onion and rosemary, OR warm fig, apple and gorgonzola! The variations are endless!
So if you are looking for a different king od nutritious comfort food I would highly suggest Stonefire Authentic Flatbreads the taste is wonderful.  My husband said he could just eat the naan alone, it was so flavorful that it did not need topping.  It is great that the Stonefire products are preservative free, and can be frozen so they are great for my family, and I am sure they will be a hit with your family as well.
