Our Take:

Growing up, I heard many of the myths about lice. I thought they were facts, and lice were just very scary things to us.  Will she catch it? That would be such a nightmare! I want to be prepared. We were sent an entire product line gotchacovered™ hair care products and they couldn’t have come at a better time! It was an odd coincidence that we received a letter from my daughter’s school alerting us to a possible lice problem.. We went through this before at my daughters camp when one of the kids had lice and we had to wash everything down and it was a royal pain.

I took the opportunity to put the gotchacovered™ leave in detangler to work, it detangles hair and repels lice it’s doing two jobs for me! It did it’s detangling job very well, I was able to get a comb through my daughters hair without her screaming bloody murder and the fact that it will help repel lice is just an awesome bonus. The smell of each of these products is a light rosemary scent, it is pleasant and not chemical smelling at all.

My favorite item is the gotchacovered™ repellant shield spray, why not stop those little buggers before they invade your hair. Prevention is the best option with lice. I will be using this spray daily on my daughters hair for camp, and school.  I feel very confident that my daughter will not be infested with lice, we’ve been using the styling gel and spray shield now that she’s been wearing her hair down we can style it without putting it up and the gel holds her hair and doesn’t make it gummy like a lot of gels do. And I’ve been using the shampoo and conditioner as well, too much protection isn’t bad in this case. Lice aren’t fun to deal with and I don’t want to deal with it and thanks to gotchacovered™ hair care products I won’t.

  3. It is better to prevent than have to deal with treating!!! But, alas, this product is not yet in stores! YOu have to mail order it. It would be worth it........I do not know ANYONE who has not had to fight the lice off yet, soon as they send the kids to school. Eventually..................LICE!

  4. I learned allot actually even though I thought I had researched the subject to death. Last year both of my kids had lice then giving it to friends and family. It was so embarassing and horrible. I never want to have to go through that again!
