Give chocolate Easter Bunnies (and the Tooth Fairy) a Break! Great toys to add to the Easter basket from Mattel! #Giveaway

Easter is soon upon us and in an effort to keep my kid cavity free I'm adopting or shall I say the Easter Bunny is adopting a almost candy free Easter and in place of the candy the Easter Bunny will be bringing a few toys to our daughter this year. Why lay off candy? Simple, my daughter consumes enough sweets throughout the year and when Easter hits it just amps up her consumption of sweets. Our goal is to keep her cavity free and with less candy we'll have an easier time in doing so. So we're giving chocolate bunnies a break this year (over 90 million of them are sold annually) and we're giving our daughter what she truly wants....toys! Especially cool toys from Mattel!

Mattel has some wonderful toys for both boys and girls and some of the toys I know my daughter will flip for are the Barbie , potty tranin' Taffy ....the puppy really poops...didn't have one of those when I was a kid! Elsa from Frozen's Castle and Doll Set, Frozen is so hugely popular right now that I'm sure and little girl would love to see that in her or next to her basket.
Another thing that would be a big hit around here are the Ever After High Dolls, if you're not familiar with Ever After High the best way to describe them are classic fairy tale characters with a more modern feel to them. That's just a small sampling of what Mattel has to offer for the young ladies in your life.

Not wanting to forget those of you who have boys, Mattel has you covered too! Hot Wheels Color Shifters Shark Port, WWE Power Strike and WWE Brawl Stars are just a few of the many options they have for the little guys in your life. There are so many more options out there than to just give kids piles of candy. It's OK to think outside of the box every once and a while, it's alright to be different, it's OK to change from the norm.
Be bold this Easter and give the chocolate bunnies a break! Make your kids dentist upset that there won't be any cavities to fill! Make your kids happy that they'll get something with staying power.... Candy gets eaten and goes away but a cool toy will always be there for them. So if you are looking for a great Easter basket stuffer, why bit skip the candy this year and fill the basket with toys the kids live instead?
The generous folks at Mattel are giving one of Susan's Disney Family readers a chance to win a Barbie, potty training Taffy, thus comes with a doll and pet play set. Would you like to win? The kids are bonkers over the Frozen movie. I'd have to buy 4 so they don't fight over it.
