Scottevest SeV Kelly Jacket a must for travel!

Do you love to travel? But hate the hassle? For me traveling is something that is a way of life and I love it! One thing I do not love is struggling with all of my electronics in the airport, I don’t like having to tote a bag all around the airport. Well what can you do, leave your electronics at home? Well that is not going to work out, there is another option an ingenious option that was invented by Scott Jordan, the Scottevest! Scottevests are jackets that easily store your electronics, and make travel that much easier. Here is a little more information Scottevest  and the founder Scott Jordan rom the website:
Scott Jordan, CEO & Founder of SCOTTEVEST, has been creating tech-enabled, pocket-filled clothing since 2000. and this is our story.... I Carried Lots of Stuff I have always been a gadget guy, but I never had a good way to carry my cell phone, headphones, wallet, DiscMan - hey, it was over a decade ago... this stuff was cool! ...But I Didn't Carry It Well

My wife Laura was tired of carrying everything for me, but the only things on the market with tons of pockets were fishing or photography vests with bulky, exterior pockets. I knew there was a better way.

So We Started SCOTTEVEST - Once we pieced together a prototype with staples (do I look like I know how to sew?), it was time to come up with a name for the company. For better or worse, this is where we wound up. ...And Made a Little History - We received a patent for wiring headphones and batteries through clothing and we license that technology to other companies as TEC-Technology Enabled Clothing®. While waiting for the patent, we started www.SCOTTEVEST.com, the first clothing brand launched online.

When I travel I tend to carry a large bag full of stuff, I stuff so much into that bag that sometimes I have a hard time finding things I need right away and I'm left to dig through a huge bag. I also tend to get cold no matter where I am and I'm always looking for the right jacket to wear and or bring with me that will serve a few purposes and thanks to Scottevest I have a jacket that does this and so much more!

The Kelly Jacket is flat out cool. It's a jacket with ten pockets and it converts from a jacket to a vest with the use of magnets! Just pop the sleeves off and your coat is now a vest.

The Kelly Jacket epitomizes SCOTTEVEST's design philosophy: highly functional, easy to wear, great looking. This is the much-anticipated women's version of the Transformer Jacket. Sleeves are attached with powerful rare-earth magnets, making it super easy to remove them at the blink of an eye...and to put them back on.

This jacket is a comfy nylon/spandex blend with 4-way stretch. The athletic cut makes it perfect for travel or for every day adventures! Carry all your essentials in the 10 streamlined pockets, including the cross-draw pocket (first ever in a women's product), lipstick pocket, lumbar pocket (for paperback, kindle, etc.), secret pocket, and top access pockets (brochures, travel documents). Lightweight, flattering, and functional, this jacket breaks the mold! Change the way you think about clothing in the SeV Kelly Jacket.

  • 10 discreet pockets
  • Removable Sleeves, Attached with powerful rare earth magnets
  • Athletic, flattering cut
  • 4-Way Stretch, Nylon/Spandex Blend
  • Teflon-treated, Water resistant
  • Cross-Draw Pocket
  • Lumbar pocket, perfect for Paperback book
  • Available in Wow (Red) and Wish (Gray with Green Accents)

For the longest time I've been searching for a jacket that will be my go to travel jacket and this jacket has quickly become my go to jacket PERIOD. It is so comfortable and stretchy and water resistant and with ten pockets I can carry a whole host of things and not have to worry about cramming them into my bag only to be not able to find them when I need them. For instance I can't be without lip balm, I have hundreds of them, they're my security blanket with the Kelly Jacket they have a lipstick or balm in my case pocket designed to hold the lipstick. That's monumental in my world!

With so many pockets I can use to hold plane tickets, my phone, a lumbar pocket that can easily hold a Kindle a secret pocket you can keep money in...it's like having a secret agents jacket! And best of all if it gets a little too warm just literally pop the sleeves off and now you're wearing a vest.
This jacket is like a Swiss Army knife with all of its functions and uses. It looks great in either Wow (Red) or Wish (Gray with Green Accents) I've gotten so many compliments in such a short period of time owning the jacket and when I show people all of the pockets and the functionality of the jacket they're astonished at how great a jacket this is.
It is when I pop the sleeves off that really gets them, most of the time a jacket with removable sleeves uses a zipper making taking the sleeves off and putting them on again a chore. With the Kelly Jackets use of magnets popping the sleeves off and on requires almost no work. I love items that bring functionality into my life add the fact that it is a jacket and it makes the Kelly Jacket from Scottevest one of the best items of clothing in my wardrobe.

Just from looking at the exterior of that jacket you would not be able to tell you're storing things in up to 10 discreet pockets!

I recently left my favorite jacket behind in an airport and could use a new one. Thanks for the recommendation!

Yes, that would be really helpful with all that storage. Sometimes you just don't want to throw everything in a handbag.
