Stressed and sore from a long vacation? Take time for yourself with the Relache Spa at Gaylord Palms #RockYourVacation

*** I received an all-expense paid trip to FL, courtesy of Experience Kissimmee, to experience these great attractions.. My opinions are 100% my own and have not been influenced in any way.***

When my family and I go on vacation we that the word “vacation” lightly… sure it is a break from work, but there is no rest or relaxation. We are on the go constantly…  So much so it feels like I need a vacation after taking my vacation.  Busy vacations are fun, but I would like to experience a relaxing vacation one of these days… Ok, maybe that may never happen, but there is a way I can relax and unwind while on the hectic vacation, a visit to the Relache Spa at Gaylord Palms.
The Gaylord Palms is a marvelous stunning hotel that transports you to the outside inside. As you tour various Florida regions, throughout this magnificent hotel, you can take a slide on the huge water slide or eat breakfast with Shrek and friends....
We enjoyed a divine breakfast at Gaylord Palms, the buffet was filled with everything you could ever want for breakfast and more.  I could have just sat in the lobby and soaked in all of the wondrous surroundings for hours. The is an unbelievable hotel that I would love to stay with one day.

The Gaylord Palms, resort in beautiful Kissimmee, where extraordinary service and superior amenities create a world-class resort experience for leisure and business travelers alike. Near Orlando and just minutes from the main gates of Epcot, Disney and Disney's Hollywood Studios®, our majestic Kissimmee resort spans 63 acres and celebrates Florida's history, culture and natural beauty in both architectural style and landscape design.
Our signature atriums recreate three Florida environments, each vibrant and delightfully immersive - from the gently rising mists of the Everglades to the funky and vibrant island revelry of Key West to the Spanish-infused, old-world charm of St Augustine. Business travelers and meeting planners will also enjoy our resort's central location, 400,000 square ft of flexible meeting space and 178,500 square ft Florida Exhibition Hall. Discover Gaylord Palms and experience all the wonder and enchantment of the Sunshine State under one roof!

As a working mom, I like to treat myself to spa treatments (hey I’m worth it) and just relax. I have had plenty of manicures, pedicures, and facials… but never a massage. Why? Well I just don’t know? Perhaps I just never got around to getting one?

Well to end the wondrous whirlwind exploration of Kissimmee we were going to end it was a relaxing massage. My body needed it, and I was ready for my first massage.  We were in for a treat, a 50 minute massage at the Relache Spa at Gaylord Palms. A first class, deluxe spa, minutes from all of your favorite attractions and theme parks.
The spa was incredible, from the moment you stepped in, you knew they was going to be a great experience. From the luxurious robe, to the hot, and cold teas offered to you just to help you relax and feel wonderful.
There were showers with water pulsing from every direction, with mood lighting. The spa offered all you would need to wash up after your services, from shampoo to lotion to deodorant, all was provided for you to use at the Relâche Spa & Salon The masseuse was spectacular, she was wonderful at what she did. She asked if I would like any body part focused on, or skipped the masseuse wanted to make this experience special. The massage was so calming, it really melted away all of my aches and stress.
Soothe your senses and refresh your look at Relâche Spa & Salon. Our Kissimmee spa was awarded four stars by Forbes Travel Guide and features a rejuvenating bamboo massage, skin-reviving Intraceuticals oxygen facial and many other treatments.
