Achieve Fun-filled Adventure In Your Lanzarote Holiday

The stunning Spanish volcanic island of Lanzarote is situated off the coast of Africa and has long been a popular holiday destination among families, couples and nature lovers from all around the world. Lanzarote holidays are perfect for travellers who want to enjoy crystal clear waters, sandy beaches, and warm-sunny weather, among other things. Here are some of the things that are waiting to be enjoyed by people who visit Lanzarote.

The Caves of Los Verdes

These stunning caves date back more than three thousand years and this is one of the most exciting attractions on Lanzarote. The Guanches used to hide in these caves from pirates and the Caves of Los Verdes feature the longest known tunnel in the world, which runs for around six kilometres. Guided tours are available each day.
Timanfaya National Park

This large and lovely green zone is home to more than a hundred volcanoes and exploring Timanfaya National Park is an enchanting experience. As visitors explore they will be able to witness various demonstrations of the heat that lies just beneath the surface of the ground before heading to El Diablo restaurant to enjoy unique dishes that are cooked using this heat.
Castle San José

This magnificent castle was built at the end of the 18th century and can be found in the capital of Arrecife. The castle offers stunning views of the harbour and town and is also home to the International Museum of Contemporary Art, which is a great place to admire local artwork.

Nightlife

Jose Antonio street in Arrecife boasts a large number of vibrant bars and nightclubs where visitors can really let their hair down after dark. Most of the venues here remain open until dawn, while there are also plenty of great bars to be found along the island’s main beaches.

One of the great things about Lanzarote is that the island boasts sunshine almost all year round. This gives visitors plenty of opportunities to soak up the sun on the beach and explore. The island features a large number of luxurious resorts where visitors can really unwind in style.
