Turns Photos Into Fun Stories & Books with Twigtale, it’s easy as 1.2.3! #Giveaway

Photos of our most precious moments—family vacations, childbirth, graduations—often end up scattered across our personal technology and social media, looked at once but then forgotten.   Or the more industrious among us might spend the hours needed to arrange our favorite pics into scrapbooks via one of the popular photobook services.  But what if you could create a beautiful storybook of all of your family’s adventures with a simple, Tinder-style, swipe of a finger? Now, with a new app called Storyboard from LA-based Disney-backed Twigtale, it’s easy as 1.2.3!
Storyboard, from Disney-backed Start-up Twigtale, debuts today for iPhone and is the antidote to creative gridlock brought on by the blank white page, the brevity of social media, and the angst of knowing that our most important photos sit in a file directory growing more distant and disorganized each day.  Featuring pre-made, but fully editable templates following specific topics such as Family Trip and Graduation, Storyboard makes it easy for anyone to create engaging photo-driven stories.
Once you complete the story on your phone, you can share a free electronic version with friends and family or turn it into a hard or soft cover book for $29.99 or $19.99, respectively.  The app is free and can be downloaded from Apple’s app store.
At launch, the app will offer seven topics with more planned to roll out beginning soon after launch.  Each topic was expertly crafted by former Babble editor-in-chief and storytelling expert Catherine Connors.  They include Family Trip, Graduation, Child’s Birth Story, My First Year, Birthday Party, Celebration, and Day Trip Adventure.

Within each topic you will find:

·         A sequential checklist of the suggested photos to capture the key moments of the event.
·         Ability to capture and edit the photos inside the app or upload them from your phone’s photo gallery.
·         Fully editable captions that bring photos to life and tie them together into a narrative flow that builds on itself.
·         Ability to add, delete and rearrange pages
Soon after launch, you will be able to continue and complete your work on desktop, taking advantage of the more robust customization options available to enable people to add more unique touches to their stories.  The launch of the Storyboard App culminates Twigtale’s evolution from its beginnings as a solution that helped parents navigate early childhood transitions into a full featured platform that makes it easy for families to create and tell their stories.
The generous folks at Twigtale are giving one of Susan’s Disney Family readers a chance to win a soft cover book or hardcover book of their photo memories a $19.99-$29.99 value!
