Celebrate National Breakfast Month with Krusteaz Pumpkin Butter Protein Pancakes! #Recipe #Giveaway

Sure it is still August but before you know it, summer will be over and kids will be back to school, and it will be September! Did you know that September is National Breakfast Month? Did you know what else comes in September? Well it is when it is pumpkin everything time!  To get ready for National Breakfast Month and pumpkin everything time, I whipped up some delicious Krusteaz Pumpkin Butter Protein Pancakes! These are amazing, the sweet smell of fall was in the air and they were super easy to make. Check out the recipe below:
Krusteaz Pumpkin Butter Protein Pancakes

Ingredients:

2 cups
1 1/3  cups water
½ cup of Pumpkin Butter
½ teaspoon of Pumpkin Pie Spice

Directions:

Heat pancake griddle to 375°F (medium heat). Lightly grease griddle. Whisk pancake mix and water & Pumpkin Butter & Pumpkin Pie Spice. Batter will be slightly lumpy. Do not over-mix. Let batter stand 2 minutes. Pour slightly less than ¼ cup batter per pancake onto griddle. Cook pancakes 1¾ - 2 minutes per side, or until golden brown, turning only once. Makes 10 – 12 pancakes.
Breakfast is a staple in homes across the country and while it can range from toast to eggs to yogurt, pancakes are an all-time family favorite. Krusteaz, makers of premium pancake and waffle mixes, is launching a new Buttermilk Protein Pancake mix coming out this fall and we were excited to use this and see how it tasted. The new mix has 13g of added protein, protein that will keep your family full of and energized all day long, ready to go and enjoy the day at school and work.  The pancakes tasted as great as the original Krusteaz just with an added punch of protein.

My family are huge pumpkin fans, and really loved the pumpkin butter taste, it really filled them up and got them ready for the day. If you are looking for a breakfast that will keep you going, and filled with energy. Krusteaz’s is committed to simple and wholesome ingredients, the new protein pancake is free of partially hydrogenated oils, high fructose corn syrup, artificial colors, flavors and preservatives.  Be sure to make these for the family, I am sure your family will love them as much as my family did. I would love to try and make the Snickerdoodle cookie mix. I love Snickerdoodles and you can not find them everywhere so I might have to resort to making them myself.
