My Review:

Now we all know preschoolers are full of energy and just love to play, when my daughter was younger she just loved to build things and play in tents.  I miss those days! I was very fortunate to have my little niece be able to review an item from the  Little Tikes Preschool Construction line, TikeStix™ .
When visiting my brother this past weekend I brought the TikeStix™ Playhouse set to her house. This set is pretty girly colors that are perfect for her. ( If you have a boy, don’t worry they also have a set that has gender neutral colors, the Clubhouse).  When my niece saw the box she squealed with delight (she is such a cutie!).  My niece is had just turned four and she loved putting together this house, she was doing so well on her own, this is set up to be easy for the preschooler to set up with a little help, I was happy to give her a hand.
Oh but of course my daughter had to help her cousin out, even though my daughter is seven years old. I think she had  just as much fun putting together this little clubhouse.

They made the playhouse, a beauty salon that offered free manicures (paint brushes with water) and a store, and then a restaurant. They played with this set for hours! I think the fabric that made the “roof” of the house was a great idea, this made the playhouse feel more like a house.  I was impressed at the quality of the set, and I loved how it really kept my nieces interest and she got to use her imagination and just play and have fun.
The girls were having so much fun, I just wish I could have fit in the house with them, it looked like fun. I am just a big kid at heart.

The Playhouse and Clubhouse each come with 50 interlocking pieces, (yes 50! You really can make a great clubhouse with this) 1 piece of fabric and eight clips so kids can create and build a fort, playhouse, and more that they can actually fit in! Playhouse is girly and the Clubhouse is gender neutral.

So if you are looking for a toy that really gets kids playing and having fun, make sure to check out the TikeStix™, line from Little Tikes, there are a couple choices for that special child on your gift list, The Clubhouse, the Playhouse, the Rocket, and a cute one called the Dog House. And with prices from $29.99 to $49.99 the sets are affordable, and make great gifts.
