Holiday Gift Guide Key Ingredient Recipe Reader a must for cooks!

Do you love to cook, are you an avid baker? Well I am both, I just love to find new recipes and follow classic recipes. Do you have issues finding recipes you love? I have a messy recipe drawer, that is unorganized and it is so hard to find anything in there. There has to be a better way. What if I told you there is a tablet like, Recipe Reader that features countless recipes including the chef-created recipe collection. I would like to introduce you all to the Key Ingredient Recipe Reader, here is a little more information about the great product from the website:

The Recipe Reader stores up to 2,500 recipes on the device and comes pre-loaded with the Key Ingredient recipe collection and sharing software for cloud-based instant access to more than a million recipes. Using the Recipe Reader, Key Ingredient community members have access to all their favorite recipe libraries—whether found on the web or entered into the Reader— all in one place and easily accessed with just a few taps.

KI users can store their personal recipe collections by using the KI website, apps, and Reader- not just a curated, chef-created collection like on other websites. This allows users to preserve cherished family recipes and to share them with friends and family. Convenient cooking tools such as multiple timers, a conversion calculator, and a substitution dictionary are also included on the Recipe Reader. The Key Ingredient member account and the downloadable Key Ingredient app are available for free.

My Review:

I love to cook and bake and I’m always looking for something new to make, I have a million recipes that are cluttering my junk drawer in my kitchen and I’m always losing them and it takes forever to find them and it’s just a royal pain. Thankfully Key Ingredient has the perfect solution for me the Key Ingredient Recipe Reader.

This little tablet is a godsend for me, I have all my recipes right at my fingertips and I no longer have to scavenge through my junk drawer looking for a recipe anymore! The Recipe Reader is easy to use and has so many functions in it that anyone who cooks or bakes will find the reader invaluable.

From storing and searching for new recipes to timers to conversion charts and substitutions the Key Ingredient Recipe Reader has it all. I love the substitution feature because I always seem to be missing one important ingredient and now I can easily check to see if there is a suitable alternative for me to use!

This past Thanksgiving my husband used the reader to pull up a recipe for rosemary mashed potatoes that were the hit of our dinner. The Recipe Reader is WiFi capable so you can update your recipes with ease. It’s kitchen safe, it’s built to be used in a high traffic area and it’s made to stand up to spills the screen is easy to clean all you need is a damp cloth. Worried about having to hold it while you’re cooking to read the recipe?

No worries there, the Recipe Reader has a built in stand making it easy to just leave it on a countertop or table freeing up your hands to cook with. I love mine and I’m finding myself using it all the time to make different things for dinner, we get tired of eating the same things over and over and the Key Ingredient Recipe Reader is a great way to spice up dinner and stop it from being mundane.

So if you are looking for the ultimate gift for a  baker a cook or just someone starting out in the kitchen, a Key Ingredient Recipe Reader makes a great gift!
