It is fall and that means the leaves are changing, the weather is getting colder and we are in full blown cold season. Cold season, for us that means we are all going to get sick very soon… My daughter seems to bring home all of the latest colds that she catches from her schoolmates… This the cold season, so we know a cold will be coming, but what can we do? Make my daughter stay home for the season, to insure that she does not bring home a cold? No, that will not work…. The only option we have is to make sure she takes her vitamins and continually washes her hands, and hope for the best.
