A must visit! Pandora - The World of AVATAR at Disney's Animal Kingdom #DisneySMMC

One the second day of The Disney Media Moms Conference we were up with the birds, and I did not mind a bit! We were going to be treated to an exclusive sneak peek of Pandora The World of AVATAR in Disney's Animal Kingdom. I personally had never had the chance to visit and this was something I was so looking forward to and Pandora did not disappoint! I was excited to see Disney’s version of Pandora. 

We arrived at Disney’s Animal Kingdom right before dawn, to be able to Pandora in the dark to see the bioluminescent glow of Pandora. As you arrived in Pandora, the beauty just takes your break away. You are really transported to another world, there are no stuffed Mickeys or any other Disney products to be found in this land… Well of course not, you are no longer at a Disney park you are in another world, the land of Pandora. I loved the fully immersive feel of your surroundings. 

After you cross the bridge guests follow a winding forest pathway to where the surreal landscape first comes into view. The exotic Valley of Mo’ara spreads before them. Other-worldly sights, sounds and scenes abound. Adventurers roam verdant pathways underneath floating mountains laced with waterfalls dropping to quiet ponds. They venture deep inside a bioluminescent rainforest amid the sounds of Pandoran creatures roaming the underbrush.

Have you seen the trailer for Disney’s A Wrinkle in Time? Whoh, what an exciting looking movie! At the Disney Media Moms Conference, last month I was very fortunate to get a sneak peek of an extended look of A Wrinkle in Time. We were also treated to a cool photo opp, and a look at some costumes used in the film. With the Magic of Storytelling promotion we were encouraged to share our love of books by sharing our shelfie. What is a shelfie? Well it is simply a selfie, with you and a favorite book.  For each shelfie posted on Twitter or Instagram using the hashtag #MagicOfStorytelling, Disney will donate 1 book to First Book this promotion runs from December 29^th to March 31^st.

From what I have seen, this movie is going to be something special, from the amazing storyline to the talented actors. “A Wrinkle in Time” stars: two-time Academy Award® nominee Oprah Winfrey as Mrs. Which, Oscar winner Reese Witherspoon as Mrs. Whatsit, Emmy® nominee Mindy Kaling as Mrs. Who, Gugu Mbatha-Raw as Mrs. Murry, Michael Peňa as Red and introducing Storm Reid as Meg Murry, with two-time Emmy winner Zach Galifianakis as The Happy Medium and Emmy nominee Chris Pine as Mr. Murry.

The event was finally here! It was time to enjoy our first day of the Disney Media Moms Conference. The first step was taking Disney’s Magical Express to our resort, Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort for our three day all immersed stay, then we would head off to the sea portion of the trip. My mother and I were super excited to get the fun started. After we checked into the lovely resort we could do wait to get out and head to the parks to start having some Disney fun.  But first up to get our credentials and check in to see what the Disney Media Moms Conference had in store for us... I will have more on that later...

Are you a fan of the Marvel cinematic universe? There are so many amazing movies and characters out there these days, and they are just getting better the character development and the movies themselves. One of the best in recent years for me has to be Marvel Studios' Thor: Ragnarok. From the amazing characters to the spectacular storyline, this was a movie I saw on opening day at the theater and counted down until the digital release! Now is the time to bring home the action, humor, drama and spectacle, of Marvel Studios' Thor: Ragnarok Digitally in HD and 4K Ultra HD and Movies Anywhere, NOW and on 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, DVD and On-Demand on March 6th. Ralph is back and this time he is causing trouble with the internet! Wreck-it Ralph was a great movie, I loved how Disney incorporated some of your favorite video game characters into the movie such as Q-Bert and Bowzer and many more (this is also what makes Toy Story a great movie as well) . I wonder if Ralph will bump into internet classics, hmm? It will be interesting to see… Were you a fan of the original movie and will you be checking out the new movie?
