Lysol® Back-to-School Review (And a Giveaway)

Is it almost back to school time already? It is amazing how fast the summer has just flown by, as a child summers seemed to have lasted longer. Back to school means more hanging out and playing with kids from school, with my daughter going into first grade there will still be plenty of play time at recess in the school yard, and this means more germs, everywhere! From sharing crayons, to playing in the school yard. It has been so nice not having a cold in a while, my husband and I could get used to the cold free lifestyle!

Lysol is here to help us in the back to school season to deter the germs from spreading, the LYSOL® No-Touch Hand Soap System  is a great invention, a hands free soap dispenser, no germs on the dispenser, since you do not have to touch it, I feel that I am in an expensive restroom, while using the soap the dispenser, and the smell is great as well. Another great item I was sent to try was LYSOL® Dual Action Disinfecting Wipes the wipes are terrific, and dual sided making cleaning easier, one site is for scrubbing and one side is for wiping.  I am able to clean up my daughters play area and the kitchen and the bathroom, these wipes are a little germ killing wonder.

The wipes kill 99.9% germs and bacteria. They are a must. My daughter has to purchase disinfecting wipes as a part of her school supply list, I will surely be getting the  LYSOL® Dual Action Disinfecting Wipes for the class. For more information be sure to check out Lysol on Facebook.

Antibacterial hand soap refills for the LYSOL® No-Touch Hand Soap System are enriched with moisturizing ingredients and available in four great scents:
  • Refreshing Grapefruit Essence™ (Refill only)
  • Soothing Cucumber Splash™
  • Aloe Vera & Vitamin E with Moisturizers
  • Antibacterial Total Care

• Kills 99.9% of Viruses and Bacteria when used as directed
• Kills Cold and Flu Viruses including Pandemic 2009 H1N1 Influenza A
• One side with built in Fibers for Tough Messes or a Side for Touch-up cleaning

I would recommend picking up some Lysol products for the new school year, Lysol has offered one of my readers a LYSOL® No-Touch Hand Soap System  &  LYSOL® Dual Action Disinfecting Wipes  to try for themselves.

Here are some great hygiene and cleaning tips!

Hand washing Tips – Hand washing is one of the most effective ways to stop the spread of germs. Every time you touch a contaminated surface, you can transfer germs to and from your hands — but proper and thorough hand washing removes most germs from your hands.

Hand washing Poster – Make hand washing fun by downloading a hand washing poster to read together and hang by your bathroom sink.

Back-To-School Basics: Traditionally, classrooms are breeding ground for germs. Every desktop, pencil sharpener, doorknob and faucet that an infected child touches becomes colonized with germs.

Establish Before- and After-School Hygiene HabitsAs your child adapts to the school-day routine, you can help make hygiene a regular part of the day with some basic actions both before and after school.

Cleaning and Disinfecting – Lysol is the expert in killing germs at home. Find everything you need to know about common germs, how they are spread, and how you can help control them.

Kitchen Cleaning Tips – Learn how germs spread in the kitchen and how to help protect your family from food borne illness with simple cleaning and disinfecting tips.

Bathroom Cleaning Tips – Reduce the spread of germs and help prevent the growth of mold and mildew in your bathroom with simple cleaning techniques.

My neighbor could use this! She has 2 small boys go to the YMCA all day in summer and go to after school care during the school year -- and it seems at least one of them is always sick (if not both)! This would help the to stop spreading the germs back & forth to each other!
