 My Review:

My family is full of worriers, a bit of "the sky is falling" type of people. Now I am not as much of a worrier as they are but I know what I should be concerned about, and natural disasters and potential weather issues worry me. While visiting New Orleans we went to an exhibit in the Presbytere, a Katrina exhibit. It was moving and scary. This made me what to prepare for anything that may happen just in case.

I was given the chance to try out a Midland Radio Base Camp radio. I feel safer knowing I have my Midland radio, the base camp radio has so many features, it is an emergency crank weather radio that features, a AM/FM radio, USB connector, flashlight alarm clock, and a two-way radio. And the radio is programmed with the Noaa weather radio station to get weather info if an emergency arises. What a great way to be prepared.

My father loves to hunt, this would make a great gift for him, I will have to make sure I remember Midland Radio for father day or his birthday. I would recommend this radio for hunters, outdoors men, and pretty much all family members and friends, this would make a great gift to really show you care.
