Precious Metal Prints - Review

Product Description (from the website)

The perfect gift for mothers young and old! We can engrave up to 3 initials on the back of the charm.  The kit will come with materials and instructions for making one fingerprint impression in silver clay.  Please allow 2 weeks after you return the impression for us to finish and return the pendant to you.
The pendants are pure silver (solid all the way through, not encapsulated).

My Review:

Kids they aren’t kids for very long and before you know it they’re 18 going off the college and you’ll be wondering where the time went. When that time comes for them to leave why not have a little something special to remember them by? Precious Metal Prints (http://preciousmetalprints.com/) will take that little fingerprint and make it into a silver pendant, so even when they’re adults and have kids of their own you can still look at that charm and remember when. Please note children under twelve months old typically do not have well developed prints.

Pictures and memories are great but I also like the idea of having something permanent that will stand the test of time and this pendant does just that. The process of getting the fingerprint is rather easy, open the kit roll out the dough like substance and press your child’s hopefully clean finger into it, pack it up send it off and soon after that little fingerprint will forever be encapsulated in silver.

The cost of the pendant is $74.99 what you get is your child’s fingerprint on one side and their initials on the other. It’s a really cool pendant, I love mine, and every time I look at it I’ll have that memory of the three of us around our kitchen table rolling out the dough for the print and my husband worrying he’ll screw it up. We had a fun time that night doing this, and I’ll be able to look back on that night every time I wear that pendant and remember when my little girl was still little.

Here is the beautiful pendant on (please note this is my chain the pendent, does not come with a chain)
