I have some great news! I want to share with the readers of Susan's Disney Family! I am on my way to being a Nutrisystem Blogger. Well what is a Nutrisystem blogger you ask? Well, over the next 4 months I will be sharing my weight loss journey with Nutrisystem with you. I am so grateful for this opportunity.
I am at a point in my life where I have to learn to eat healthy, and drop some weight. I am also a snacker and I know this will be the tough part to overcome. I just hope the food is filling.
I can't wait to start. I have been a bit of a yo-yo dieter all of my life on again and off again. I know this is not the healthiest way to live.
With Nutrisystem I will be able to customize my pantry food, and they will provide me with all of my food. So that is great, all I have to do is follow the directions and eat what/when I have to eat. No more counting calories and measuring food. I was never good at measuring the food and I always got frustrated and gave up.
Now I have a fresh start, today I was able to choose 18 days worth of meals, lunch dinner and even dessert. The choices they have are wonderful. What other diet offers you chocolate cake? I will be taking you all along on my journey to lose weight. I will have weekly updates, letting you know how I am doing, my progress and of course how does the food taste? Well I will be letting you know, so make sure you stay tuned!
I will let you guys know when my 1st box of food arrives, I am just so pumped and happy about starting this program.
