Are you looking for a delicious unique chocolate treat? Well I have a great gift idea for you. Amella Cocoa Butter Caramels, here is a little more information about the company (from the website)

At Amella, we believe that to create a great product you have to start with the highest quality ingredients, creativity, a passion to succeed, and lots of patience. Using this philosophy we are extremely proud to introduce to the world, Amella, the first Artisan Cocoa Butter Caramel made from a delectable combination of pure cocoa butter, the finest chocolate, and a unique addition of real fruits or vegetables. In fact, we believe that we are the first company in the world to use fresh carrots in a caramel.

With each buttery rich bite, you will taste the wholesome ingredients and unique flavor combinations of Amella Caramels and understand why the world's first cocoa butter caramel is redefining the caramel category of confections.

Our mission is to indulge your senses of sight, smell, and taste with a tantalizing new experience that comes from just a single bite into an Amella Caramel. Please join us as we begin our great Amella adventure in exploring new ways to blend unique ingredients and bring exceptional taste sensations to the world.

The secret ingredient to our new Amella Cocoa Butter Caramels is pure cocoa butter. The pure cocoa butter in our Amellas produces a unique texture, more of a hybrid between a truffle and a caramel. The cocoa butter allows the flavor to flow and spread through all of your taste buds.

My Review:

All Natural Cocoa Butter Caramels.  Cocoa Butter Caramels, just the sound of it… you must be saying they must be delicious! Well yes they are! I was lucky enough to be able to review a Amella Caramel Collection
this box retails for an affordable $20.00 .

The box included  18 pieces total and 3 amazingly different flavors that include:
Passion Fruit, Black Forest and Carrot Cake. Made with real fruit and vegetables! They are sweet rich and butterly like a good caramel should be. But the flavors give them a great unique taste.

My daughter just adored each flavor, she is very adventurous for a six year old. Her favorite was the Black Forrest dark chocolate covered caramel . She said she could really taste the cherry flavor.  My Husband’s favorite flavor was the Carrot Cake. It really did taste like carrot cake, just in caramel white chocolate covered form.

The passion fruit, was unique, and had a strong passion fruit flavor. I think I was tasting some guava in there…? My mother heard about the caramels, and so desperately wanted to try them, I will save her a few and bring them to Thanksgiving dinner to try for dessert… If she likes them (and I am sure she will) that will be one more gift idea for my list!

Not only are the caramels delightful, the chocolate is also well made and delicious.  If you would like to try something new and delicious (you only live once right?) give these different flavors a try. Don’t let the real veggies aspect scare you… it is really good. You simply have to try it for yourself.
