My Review:

Recently we bought a Kinect for our daughter, which meant my husband had to give up his Xbox 360 and take it from his cave and put it into our living room. Don’t worry he still have a PS3 and a host of classic gaming consoles to keep him entertained. One of the games we were able to play with the Kinect was Alvin and the Chipmunks Chipwrecked, this is a great game that gets you up off the couch and totally involved in the game. I love games that get my daughter moving, it is so much better than just sitting on the couch. I love that she really gets to dance, and get her body moving.

The Kinect is a great add on to the 360, it really turns you into the controller! And with Chipwrecked you will sing and dance your way through 30 different songs and 50 different dance moves and one of the cool parts of the game is that it makes you sound like Alvin! No need for helium… It’s one of those games that is infectious in a way, you’ll be sitting there watching and before too long you want to be a part of the action.

We really enjoy playing this as a family and I’m hoping it’ll turn my left footed husband into a dancer…..probably not but a girl can hope, right? All six chipmunks are playable characters and they’re fully customizable, you visit six tropical locations while traveling on a cruise ship. I love playing the game my daughter loves playing the game and we even get my husband involved so this is a great family game that will have you laughing, dancing and singing. And you haven't lived until you've heard and danced to You Spin Me ‘Round, sung by chipmunks... it is hilarious!

I would recommend  Alvin and the Chipmunks Chipwrecked it is a fun game that you can play with the family, and if you do not have a Kinect, don't worry the game is also available for the Wii and the Nintendo DS. This is such a great holiday gift idea. This game will make a special person on your holiday list this year very happy. Why not pick up a copy for someone on your list this year?
