Rudi's Organic Bakery - review (and a giveaway)

I’ve totally had the way I thought about bread changed. We were sent 2 loaves of bread from Rudi’s Bakery (http://www.rudisbakery.com/) and went from eating regular plain white bread to eating bread that actually adds flavor to what we are eating.
About Rudi's Bakery (from the website)

Our delicious breads were being gobbled up by the community not just for their wholesomeness and taste, but also for the local flavor that was baked into every batch. It was the biggest innovation in bread, since…well, sliced bread. Our passion for baking better breads, the right way, is alive and well today. We’ve been making the lives of families healthier & happier simply by baking their small batch breads a brighter way for thirty four years. Our organic breads bring health, optimism, and a little fun not only to our families, but to families everywhere just by baking on the bright side.

My Review:
We were sent a loaf of sourdough and a loaf of nut & oat bread neither is just plain white and I was interested in seeing how my husband and daughter would react to having something other than white bread, they responded rather favorably. It started with my husband grabbing the end piece of the sourdough bread and putting butter on it, he bit into it and said wow I can really taste the sourdough, it’s very flavorful and the taste is really good. I was amazed; I’ve never heard him wax poetic about sliced bread that way.

My daughter who hates crust, not just hates it despises it, loathes it, actually ate it without giving me problems. The bread was used for several sandwiches from pb & j to chicken salad to grilled cheese, we put these breads to the test and they passed with flying colors. This isn’t bread that’s a carrying case for meat; this is really a flavor enhancing product. And to top it off they’re organic!
We looked into where the bread is sold in our neighborhood and my husband was happy to find out a store he walks past every day on his way to work carries Rudi’s bread, with the way he kept going on and on about how good the bread was I will not be shocked to see him coming home with a few loaves tomorrow.
