Fortamajig Fun Fort – A tent a fort and more! Review (And a Giveaway)

Are you looking for a great way to get your children playing having fun and using their imagination. Something that is fun and not a million pieces, and something that does not need batteries? How about a Fortamajig Fun Fort?  Here is a little information about The Happy Kid Company and the Fortamajig from the website:

Building forts with Fortamajig is a great way for kids to take control of certain aspects of their life and create a space for their own imaginations to roam. Often the act of building a fort takes on elements of how the child is feeling. Problem-solving and critical-thinking elements come into play as children learn how to overcome obstacles and create their own sanctuaries.

One of the fundamental elements of childhood is imaginative play. Children learn best when they are simultaneously engaged and entertained. Building and creating play spaces sets the stage for hours of creative play. After their space is erected, they can imagine all sorts of new worlds and activities!

The Fortamajig Fun Fort is our newest product in the Fortamajig line! It allows kids to build any space anywhere! This toy is based on the age-old past time of building forts and engaging kids in creative play. Imagine building a fort, teepee, tunnel, canopy - just about anything - out of one single ingenious square of material!

Just like the Fortamajig, the Fun Fort has built in stretchy loops that let you build custom playspaces. This product is very lightweight and super easy for even young children to use.

Extremely portable, with no hard pieces to break or lose, the Fun Fort is the ultimate portable, storable, washable and durable all-in-one play space! Designed for ages 3+.

My Review:

As a kid one of the things I loved doing was grabbing a few blankets or towels and making a makeshift fort on my bed. My fort couldn’t stand up to a sneeze but I loved building it and having all sorts of fun playing inside it. Now is when I’m going to sound old…..kids today have it so much easier!
The Happy Kid Company has made making a fort so much simpler and neater and can actually withstand a sneeze! My daughter loves her fort, she’s been having fun with it all over the house from the basement to our spare bedroom anywhere there is empty floor space she sets up her fort or teepee depending where she sets up.

And the best part is it’s really simple to do and requires almost no adult help, my husband helped her with the first initial set up to show her what to do and from there she’s been on her own.

The fort is sturdy and can hold up to the rigors your kids put it though. It has its own tote bag making storage simple and it’s small enough when folded up that makes it easy to travel with. It sure beats my towel blanket combo….kids today!
