Nutrisystem Week #7 #NSNation

Well it is week 7 on Nutrisystem. Well I just can’t believe that it is lucky week 7! I am doing pretty well, so far I am not yo-yo’ing I am losing weight on a constant basis, I feel better and lots of people are noticing the weight loss. Saying “wow you look great!”, Or “are you dieting?”. And of course I have to tell them that Nutrisystem is leading the way, my reason for the great weight loss!

I had a party for my daughter on Saturday, and I was able to not snack on the party goodies. (no pretzels, chips and dip for me) I really did not miss it. I was doing so well. I did give myself a little treat a small sliver of cake. I made sure I did not overdo it.  I was very proud of my progress and then…..

I unfortunately needed a trip to the emergency room over the weekend. I am sick : ( And guess what the doctor said to eat! Bland food, plain bread and plain pasta for a few days. And relax with the exercising for a little bit till I feel better. Ugh I will have to really use the portion control options I have learned from Nutrisystem. And I can’t wait until I can have my favorite Nutrisystem lunch meal  the Fettuccini Alfredo, it is so creamy and flavorful, it is my favorite lunch item.

Pounds Lost this week: 1.5 lbs
Total lost: 17  lbs

Hmm this looks familiar, it is the same weight I lost last week. But I am happy to steadily be losing weight, and not gaining any back. I am closing in on the 20 pound mark, I know I will be there soon and it will be such an accomplishment. I can’t wait.
