Here I am on week 9 on Nutrisystem. Well I am so happy this week was so much better than last week. I am feeling much better than I have been feeling. Thanks guys for all your concerns! It is nice to know people out there care. : )
Well this week I was back on the program, and it felt good. I missed the food, and I missed the order. I like knowing what I am going to eat. I am just that type of person. I have to admit this is the longest I have ever stuck with a diet. I am very happy with myself, I think I am doing so well with sticking with the program because I have desserts. Yes to me they are important, I have a big sweet tooth, and I love that I can have a delicious chocolaty (chocolate is my downfall) treat each day. This has kept me content, and not wanting to stray from the program.
Have you heard that Nutrisystem has a new collection of food?
The Chef’s Table™ Collection! I was very fortunate to try 3 of the new meals. I have to say they were delicious! My favorite was the Moroccan Inspired Chicken. I love this, it was very different and delicious. I loved the chick peas that were in it, and it had a nice spice flavor.
So have you seen Nutrisystems new spokesperson? None other than Janet Jackson! Wow! She looks great, and if Nutrisystem can help her achieve her body it can help you/I.

Yay, I am over the 20 pound mark, I am so happy! What a great Christmas present to me! Now I have to keep it up over the holidays, I have to keep away from the sweets. I will spend my time baking cookies not eating them! Believe it or not, when I bake cookies, I just put so much work into them I do not want to eat them. And as long as I get them out of the house I will be fine. Fingers crossed!
