Are you ready for Valentine’s Day? How about some great cookies from Smiley Cookie?

Are you ready for Valentine’s Day? How about some great cookies from Smiley Cookie?

Are you a fan of cookies? Well my family sure is. I would like to introduce you to a great cookie company Smiley Cookie, here is some more information about Smiley Cookie from the website:

"It started as a half-baked idea more than 20 years ago — a smiley cookie as the vehicle to communicate the ethos of a restaurant — Eat’n Park, the Place for Smiles. Soon our cookie became not just the signifier of a delightful family dining experience, but a symbol of commitment to community and charitable giving, indeed, the mascot of the company. (Who knew a six-foot walking sugar cookie would have such draw. You have to be cracking a smile by now!)
Today, every child that dines at Eat’n Park receives the surprise of a buttery, rich, delicious smiley cookie, totaling more than 1 million free cookie treats each year. Every day, our cookies are distributed to community, charity and fund raising events. Every year, more than 200,000 smiling cookies are donated to local non-profit organizations. That’s a lot to smile about."

My Review:

My husband just adores sugar cookies. And when I had the chance to do a review of Smiley Cookies I jumped at the chance. We anxiously  waited for the cookies to arrive, and before we knew it her come the Fed Ex man delivering our valentine day cookies from Smiley Cookie.

When we opened the box my daughter just loved the heart cookies! She said they were “so cute” she just could not wait to have a one of the heart shaped cookies. So I let her try one, and she just loved it.

My husband loved the fact that they had icing and the icing wasn't overbearingly sweet and that the cookies. I have to agree, the icing was not brick hard like I have had on other frosted sugar cookie in the past. They were just sweet enough.

So to say they were a hit is an understatement! The cookies had the cutest little smiley faces on it, and they would make a great gift!

Smiley Cookie has a cookie for every occasion: Happy Birthday, Get Well, New Baby, Smiling Joe (comes with decaf coffee). You have an occasion they have a cookie! Want to customize your smiley face cookie? You can do that too! Pick the cookie shape, the base icing color and the smiley face icing color a dozen of these start at $12.99 and let me tell you they are well worth it. A little more than a buck a cookie for a delicious handmade, hand iced, soft and tasty cookie. They contain no trans-fat and if left in their container will last a week. In my house they will not last a week! They will be gone soon!

With Valentine’s Day right around the corner, why not send some cookies to a loved one. If you would like to get something a little bigger for that special someone, Smiley Cookies also has a great valentines day gift basket that will make a wonderful gift.

So if you just love sugar cookies, you will love these cookies. My family sure did.
