 My Review:

Now that my daughter is getting older I’m letting her help me more in the kitchen when it comes to cooking and baking. She likes to help and hates when I give her boring jobs to do, she likes to do important things I’m still not sure what that means but…  I’m always looking for new things to do and to have her help me with and we had the chance to try out a Cake Pop /Donut Hole Bakery  and we had a blast making our concoctions. We made them as a family (but only the adults got to touch the unit, it gets hot and children should not operate the unit).

Her important job was helping me mix the batter and figuring out what
we would stuff our donut holes with.  She came up with, strawberry jelly and fudge. well I can tell you the fudge made a mess, but that was not the bakery's fault. We were just putting the fillings in too soon, and the pops were still warm.  Warm pops, filling them with chocolate = messy melty chocolate. I would recommend really following the directions and waiting until the pops are totally cooled before filling (if you want to fill them at all).

The baker comes with everything you need including a flavor injector, we were able to stuff some of the holes with jelly, and fudge a few were stuffed with caramel and coffee syrup and we made a few plain to dip in strawberry sauce.

We had so much fun making these donut holes, it was quick and easy and clean-up was simple (the baking clean up.. just watch what you inject) and I know someone who’s looking forward to doing this again. My husband, he enjoyed eating everything!

So if you are looking for a fun way to bake, and cook up some of your favorite items make sure to check out Nostalgia  electronics, they have so many items that you will just want to have. So many, you will ask why don't I own this? And then you can make sure you pick it up so it will be enjoyed for years to come.
