Nutrisystem Week #12 #NSNation

Well here we are at week 12. I am moving right along with the Nutrisystem. diet. I am doing well. Enjoying my loose fitting clothing, that is always a great thing!

I am sticking with my New Year’s resolution to work out more. (as of now, I hope I can stick with it) I am adding more time on the bike. And I have a great new way to workout. It is a gift my daughter got for Christmas, a Kinect. With some of those games you really have to get up and get moving. It can be quite the workout.  And it is a lot of fun. I can play a game with my daughter have a good time and get in a workout. What a great invention!

So I just found out that I was blessed to be able to participate in the Nutrisystem program for another four months.  I am that closer to my dream of losing 60 pounds, and going to Paris as my gift to myself. My dream is closer now than ever before.
