My Review:

Do you like it hot or sweet? Well with Frank’s NEW flavors – Frank’s Sweet Chili and THICK sauces you can have it both ways.

My husband is a huge hot sauce fan, he can put it on just about anything. Me on the other hand, I like it but when I heard I was going to be able to try  the Frank’s Sweet Chili I was intrigued. My hubby was excited to try the Frank’s THICK sauce go figure.

When the three sauces arrived, we could not wait to put them on something!  So I cooked up some chicken sausage, and some cous cous.  I feel that this meal works with all kinds of sauces, so I was able to try the sweet chili sauce on the chicken sausage. And my husband tried to thick sauce on his chicken sausage.

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with the sweet taste of the Frank’s Sweet Chili sauce. It had a slight spice, with a great flavor. This sauce reminded me of the sauce you would get with takeout, the apricot sauce but this was a much better more flavorful version.  This sauce would be great on egg rolls too, I have to keep that in mind the next time we get takeout.

My husband just loved the thick sauce, it had the spice he was looking for, but it stayed on the food much better, the thickness made it work like a ketchup. A much more flavorful version of a “ketchup” in my husband’s eyes.  The sauce was thick, it came out slow, but when it was out, it was worth the wait! My hubby proclaimed this sauce to be his favorite sauce, and has used it on many things already! He even dipped potato chips in it.

My daughter is not that big of a fan of spice either, perhaps she will take after my husband one day? But she loved the Frank’s Sweet Chili sauce! She used it as a dip for her dinner. I was surprised, that she would like it, but it is tasty so I am sure we will be buying more soon.

There are so many great recipes on the Frank’s site, here is one of my favorites, it would be great for a birthdays party or a get together. This will be made at my next party!
