me4kidz: Nail Buddy – Review (And a Giveaway)

Does your daughter just love to have her nails painted like mine does? She just loves to play salon, and have her nails groomed and painted. I have found this awesome company with great kits for kids. me4kidz, they have so many great sets for children. Here is a little more information about me4kidz from the website:

me4kidz, LLC is a family-owned & operated business. Its core focus is designing functional and modern first-aid kits that prompt and inspire parents and caregivers world-wide to be prepared when it comes to every day childhood injuries.  To keep jobs in our Country, their products are manufactured  in the USA. They donate product each year to various educational fundraisers and children’s organizations to better the lives of others that can't afford first aid products. me4kidz is very conscious of the environment. They do their part in keeping our earth green by using recycled, lead-free plastic. me4kidz™ is also proudly partnered with non-profit organizations to humbly provide consistent work for those of various disabilities; allowing them the opportunity to feel a sense of need in the community & increased self esteem. In doing so, all of their products are proudly put together by loving, caring and capable disabled individuals. These are all the little ways that this family makes a difference one little owie at a time. They truly love what they do and they strive for you to love it too! They are not just any first aid company...they are a  first aid company that cares.

I was very fortunate to be able to review a Nailbuddy Girls Starter Nail Kit:

Nailbuddy Girls Starter Nail Kit. Includes all the little neccessities a young girl needs to stay pretty! (2) kid-friendly nail files (2) bottles non-toxic, water-based nail polish (1) bright colored nail brush (1) nail buffer (2) sheets of nail appliques – self stick (1) Reusable and recycled carry anywhere case. They come in lavender and pink.

My Review:

My daughter is a diva in training.  She is only 7 and she just loves to dress up and use play makeup. She especially loves having her nails done.  She would love to be like mommy and go to the salon, but that is so very expensive. And I don’t want a seven year old hanging out in a salon, that is not really a great place for kids.  So when I told her that she would have the chance to review a Nailbuddy Girls Starter Nail Kit she was so excited!
When the box arrived, she could not wait to open and test out the kit.

I love that the nail polish is water based and nontoxic, I feel more comfortable letting her be a big girl and do her nails herself. I love the nail appliques they are so cute, and everything fits in the reusable case.

Of course she wanted to do my nails too when she was done. And she did a pretty good job too.  And I love that this kit seems to deter her from biting her nails (she has started this habit, I don’t know why) when her nails are nicely done, she does not bite them. So that is great.

I am sure this kit will be taking the trip to Disney World with us! There are so many other great kits on the site as well, the medibag, and the smile buddy would be great to have.

And at only $5.95  it is very affordable, and would make a great gift. Easter will be here before you know it, this would make a great addition to an Easter basket!
