Screamin' Good Bakery ( Gluten-Free Sweets )

Are you a fan of sweets, but you have to eat gluten free? Well if you have ever tried  gluten free items some are just, ugh terrible tasteless things. But now there is a great tasting alternative! A Gluten-Free Without The Cardboard Taste, Screamin' Good Bakery, here is a little more information about the bakery from the website:

A gluten-free bakery specializing in sweets such as brownies, cookies, cupcakes and fudge. Based in SC. Ships across USA and Canada

People with dietary intolerance to gluten will find our gluten-free products to be just the answer to their quest for great tasting baked treats without the dangers or discomfort that gluten can cause.

Scream' Good Bakery has developed a unique and proprietary method of gluten-free baking which makes our products difficult to distinguish from those baked with traditional flours (ie. wheat, barley, rye, oats). In addition, our special techniques allow us to ship them directly to you and, when they arrive, they'll taste as fresh as the day we made them.

Although they take more time to create, all of our products are gluten-free, low in sugar, high in fiber and diabetic-friendly. You'll be able to enjoy tasty goodies without compromising flavor.

My Review:

I was very fortunate to be able to try a sampling of the great items from the Screamin' Good Bakery. We received Fudge Lite Gluten free, in Peppermint, Peanut Butter and Walnut.

We are huge fudge fans, growing up going to the Jersey Shore every summer we just got accustomed  to great fudge but could fudge that was gluten free be as good as the fudge I grew up with? Could it be just as tasty and creamy? Well I have to say yes yes yes, the Screamin' Good Bakery’s fudge was so very delicious this is gluten free? Really? It tastes just like the fresh fudge on the boardwalk, it takes me back to my younger days just hanging out with my late grandfather walking down the boards and eating fudge.

The fudge is that good! My favorite flavor of course was the peanut butter fudge, I am a peanut butter fanatic. My daughter loved the walnut fudge, it was the creamiest and she loved the nuts. She picked off each of the walnuts from the top and ate them before she ate the fudge, and then she said the fudge was “the best” she is a funny kid.  My husband just adored the Peppermint fudge, he said it tasted just like a “York peppermint patty” in a fudge version. I had to admit the chocolate worked well with the peppermint flavor.

We also had a sampling of the brownies and blondies they offer, we were able to try the Double Chocolate Espresso brownie and the Almon’illa Blondie, both are gluten free. I loved the Espresso brownie, you could really taste the coffee. My daughter wanted to try this but it really had an espresso flavor and I would not want to risk that this would have my daughter running around the house pepped up on caffeine, so I did not let her try this particular one. My daughter did get to try the Almon’illa Blondie, she just loved it. The flavor is a bit hard to explain… it was kind of like a apple pie less the apples… it had a rich flavor and a slight almond taste I was impressed my husband loved this as well.

Each of the goods we very fresh, these were not sitting on a shelf, the baked goods were made fresh and shipped you could just taste it.

So if you are looking for a great Gluten Free bakery that will deliver right to your door,  delicious fresh baked goods that you will love I would recommend the Screamin' Good Bakery they have truly found a way to make gluten free taste wonderful! You will not be disappointed!
