“BOB’S BURGERS” follows a third-generation restaurateur, Bob Belcher who runs Bob's Burgers with the help of his wife and their three kids. Despite his greasy counters, lousy location and occasionally spotty service, Bob is convinced his burgers speak for themselves. Featuring the voice talents of H. Jon Benjamin (“Archer”) and Kristen Schaal (“Flight of the Concords”), “Bob’s Burgers” is a hilarious comedy about one unconventional family that will have you coming back for seconds.

Our Take:

This is a great show, that for some reason or another I only caught a few episodes on the first run. This is a uniquely funny show that stands out from other mature cartoons. This show centers on a family that is similar to other fox shows like The Simpson/Family Guy and American Guy but this family is a little quirkier in my opinion.

The writing on the show is great, each episode is a great topic and are unlike any tv shoes I have ever seen before! The animation is a bit choppy and it may be something you have to get used to, but it is just a part of the charm of the show for me.

My favorite episode was Crawl Space, the one where Bob was trapped in the walls of the restaurant, that was hilarious!  I have to agree with Bob, hiding is sometimes the best way to get away from your family! Ha Ha.

If you love new and different humor, why not give Bob’s Burgers a try, could you use a good laugh? Well you will surely get a lot of them with this dvd set.  This is the type of show, that grows on you like a fungus but this is a good thing, it draws you in and you just can’t stop watching it.
