Father’s Day “Hallmark’s Dad Has Character” Gift Pack – Review (And a Giveaway)

Spring is here and that means Father’s Day is right around the corner! So what to get dad this year? That is the question... there are so many gift ideas out there.  And my dad can be so hard to shop for….. But why not buy from the company that has been giving us great gift ideas and cards for many  years, Hallmark .
I had the chance to checkout some on the great gifts they have for Dad this Father's day.

A variety of three Hallmark Father’s Day cards
 Interactive Story Buddies and Books
Recordable Storybook

I wanted to start with the interactive story buddy. Watson was such a hit in our house Watson the Interactive Story Buddy is a cute little interactive buddy, that my daughter loves. I am sure there will be a lot of great daddy daughter time reading with Watson in our house. This clever little talking raccoon will steal your heart as he comes to life when you read key words aloud from his books. See if you and dad can solve the case with Watson in Watson and the Case of the Sneaky Stealer. My daughter loves to read with daddy, and this is a great thing for them to have fun together.  She can escape with dad on a story time adventure.

The recordable storybooks are the new classic items at Hallmark, like the ornaments I believe theses will be around forever. To be able to record a book for your child in your voice, what a great gift. Hallmark’s library of Recordable Storybooks let you and dad bring story time to life.  My daughter is a big fan of the Disney movie Cars, and Mater is her favorite. So needless to say she just loved this book. Lightning McQueen in Lightning McQueen and his Winning Team. And having daddy read this book and record it for her is such a great gift for my daughter. My husband does a pretty good Mater impression and he did this while recording the book, so it was even better for my daughter. They both loved it.

And last but not least are the Hallmark cards, these have been a staple in my family for years.  These are the cards I grew up with. They are the cards to buy, they are quality and the sayings are great. The cards i received are even better now hallmark has sound and special effects to the cards, very nice! These are the greatest Father’s Day  cards i have seen in a long time! Hallmark’s new Father’s Day cards that are full of new tricks and stunts including alternative action, fiber optic lights, pop-ups and even lip-sync sound. New superhero greetings also let you give dad a card that’s as exciting and action-packed as he is.

So if you are looking for some wonderful Father’s Day gift ideas make sure to visit your local Hallmark store, you will find a great gift for dad, and any special person in your life this Father's Day.
