We’re lucky, we have a daughter who loves to read and loves to be read to. I gave her a new book to read the other night from Paper HatPress  titles “Little Sparkle.” What she didn’t know was the book had her name used throughout the book; our cat made an appearance in the book and several little things that she loves made it in the book. It was a book all about her, her very own personalized book!

We put her to bed and she started reading the book and within seconds she came bolting into our bedroom full of excitement/joy/bewilderment….how the heck does this book know my name! My name it in this book! It knows I like ribs and shrimp! They know about (our cat) Spadoodle! Her mind was racing and she looked like she was going to pop. It was funny and very cute.

The book itself got high marks from my husband who works with books; it was made very well and will hold up to the rigors of being handled by a kid.
