Nutrisystem Week #37 #NSNation

Well here we are at week 37 Nutrisystem.

Well here at week 37! Oh my goodness, where has the time gone? Summer is here full blast here in the northeast. The days have been hot and humid, almost unbearable at times. I would hope with all of heat I will be sweating off pounds and inches! I went to a conference this weekend and went off the diet for a  few days. It was hard not to eat the Danishes muffins and bagels and cheesecake… Oh boy did they have some good looking junk food. But I know it may taste good, but it is not worth it… It is NOT worth it! My health and a new life is more important than sweets.

So how am I doing?

I am doing well, I am happy that the weight is still coming off! And I want to thank you all, your emails of encouragement have meant a lot to me, you guys are great!

With the heat I have been enjoying the Nutrisystem Ice Cream sandwiches. They just scream summer to me, and remind me of being a kid and they taste great.What other diet lets you eat ice cream sandwiches??
