Nutrisystem Week #38 #NSNation

Well here we are at week 38 Nutrisystem.

I can’t believe I am on the home stretch on Nutrisystem. Wow what a journey this has been, it has been life changing that’s for sure. But since this is my last month, I am hoping to get closer to my goal. Will I make it to 60 pounds lost, perhaps not. But I am not going to dwell on that. I can see all of the good that I have done 40+ pounds down. New smaller clothing sizes, and even smaller bras! (hey I thing that is great). Lower cholesterol, and blood pressure. I feel healthier and happier. And I am not done losing yet, and I will try to get as close as I can to my goal.

So how am I doing?
