I am now in my thirties I am not ashamed of my age by any
means, but I have to admit I do not feel the same as I did when I was in my
twenties, my mind my feel like it is still 20 but my body does not. There are

I was very fortunate to be able to try out a new (well new
to me) Provella Probiotic
Dietary Supplement Designed For Women. I have never tried a probiotics in the past, but I wanted to
give this a try. Well I know some may be asking What are Probotics? According

Live microorganisms? I assumed that this would mean the
pills would be huge, but I was happy to see that the pills are a normal pill
size. If you do not have issues taking average sized pills you will be able to
take Provella easily. I was nervous at
first, would I have any reaction to this? But I knew if I had any issues I could
call the toll free phone number so I felt better about taking this. I have been
taking Provella for two weeks now and I have found that it helped my digestion.
With my daughter starting school in early September, she
always comes home with a cold there is no fail. And yes she came home with a
cold again this year. My husband caught the cold, and I usually catch the cold
as well but not this year. Perhaps this was a coincidence, but I will take it.
I love that these pills can be taken with or without food. I
try to take my vitamins in the morning before work, but if I skip breakfast I
always forget to pack my pills. It is nice to know all I have to do is take the
pill, and I can eat later so I never forget to take the pill, it is a great
thing. I feel better after taking
Provella, in fact I have been eating better and exercising more because I just
feel good.
