So now that the new year is here, I want to eat healthier I am not getting any younger and I know I have to eat more healthy. For me it is always difficult, I just never know what to eat… until now I have discovered a great monthly subscription program Savorfull. With this program you get a healthy allergy free box delivered to your home for only $15.00 a month. Each box is filled with great samples and information. For me this is a great way to start eating more healthy, I am able to try items I may have never heard of or have ever had the courage to try. Yes I admit it sometimes I can get into a food rut, and I get scared of trying new things. I was able to try some new (well to me) healthy items from the January Savorfull box including,

Enjoy Life – Crunchy Flax Cereal with Chia, WOW Water & Twisted Water, Organo Gold- Red and Green Tea, The Health Nut – Almonds, Live Smart- Chocolate Flax Bar. Along with the great items the box also included great information from Oili Lolli Allergy Free Clothing, and some great info from Thai Feast.

Well my family could not wait to try the items in the box, my daughter was especially excited. The first item we tried from the box was the Enjoy Life – Crunchy Flax Cereal with Chia,  now this was an interesting cereal, I was very surprised when my daughter wanted to try this first, she is a cereal lover but she is used to marshmallow sugar cereals, would she like this? Well I am happy to say she loved the lightly sweetened cereal, she loved the crunch. Thought the cereal was tasty and I can’t wait to have it with some milk and bananas. WOW Water & Twisted Water, I loved the squeeze bottle shape of these water bottles the prefect size for a lunch kit. The water was lightly flavored with just the right amount of fruit flavor, it really made the water taste great. Organo Gold- Red and Green Tea, a great light green tea that is refreshing and a great addition to breakfast.

The Health Nut – Almonds, I just love Almonds, but usually when I get them they are covered in salt, though they taste good I know that salt is not good for you, so trying the almonds salt free would be something different for me, I am amazed at how great they tasted you do not need the salt. In my opinion the almonds were better, you really just tasted the wonderful almonds. Last but not least my husband wanted to try the Live Smart- Chocolate Flax Bar, he had never tried flax but he is a big chocolate fan. The bar was gone before I even got the chance to try it, he loved it! Overall the subscription is wonderful. The box was packed very nicely, and everything arrived in great condition.  Well I know it is silly but I never had anything to be scared of, with the new year I also pledged to try more things, to think outside of the box a bit, and I am so glad that I did. I loved everything that was in this box.

The idea of the subscription service is a wonderful idea, and with my birthday coming up this would be a great gift for me (hint hint  for my husband). So if you have allergies and are looking for allergy friendly snack or healthy snack ideas a Savorfull subscription would be a wonderful gift. What a great way to start the new year!
