Smart Lab Toys, Weird & Wacky Contraption Lab review (And a Giveaway)

Are you looking for some wonderful educational toys for your children? Well I would like to introduce you all to Smart Lab Toys, they have so many great educational toys your kids will love! Here is a little more information about the company from the website:

SmartLab Toys makes educational toys with a book component for kids ages 4 - 12. We believe that kids learn best through hands-on exploration, so we offer that experience wrapped up in a fun toy and a cool book. In 2004, SmartLab started out with eight science kits. Two years later, we expanded into arts and crafts. Our roster of award-winning toys now stands at nearly 50 products that stimulate both sides of the brain.

We were very lucky to be able to review the Smart Lab Toys, Weird & Wacky Contraption Lab

Standing over two feet tall, the Weird & Wacky Contraption Lab has 60 mix-and-match pieces to build an unlimited amount of contraptions.  Kids can dream up crazy courses, then build and test them using this easy-to-construct Velcro®-like system.  Instructions offer tips and tricks on how to best manipulate the kit’s components.  It guides kids through five sample contraption designs while they learn how to predict the outcome of each.

My Review:I’ve said it many times before we love getting together and playing games be it video or board or card it doesn’t matter we love playing them. And we just had the opportunity to play with something that is one of the most interestingly fun contraptions that we’ve ever had the pleasure of playing. We’ve been playing with the Weird & Wacky Contraption Lab and we’ve been having a blast!

Playing the contraption itself is supposed to be the most fun part of any game but I have to tell you some of the most fun we have is actually setting this contraption up! The board stands over two feet tall and the only limits you have is your own creativity. You can design the board in many different configurations with sixty different puzzle pieces your board will never look the same from game to game.
And the puzzle pieces just aren't any old pieces some of the pieces are a chicken coop, a toilet, zigzag ramps and a canon with a flying stunt pig! This isn’t traditional by any stretch of the imagination and that’s what we love about it the fact that it’s not just run of the mill. The board is easy to construct the pieces stick to the board on a Velcro like fabric so you can easily just move a piece from spot to spot and it takes little to no effort to do it. Once your board is set up just drop the ball and watch what happens. I swear this is some of the most fun we've had in a long time and since everything is interchangeable you’ll never really have a chance to get bored with it and if you’re lucky enough you’ll get to see a pig fly!
