Wonka and Nestle have yummy Easter treats and some great recipes!

Are you looking for some great Easter basket stuffers? Well Wonka and Nestle have some great Easter candy that your family will love!  You can hop into Easter with this season’s sweetest sweets! Brighten up the Easter basket with a Butterfinger or Crunch Bunny and bring a smile to your child’s face with the NEW WONKA Laffy Taffy Jelly beans or NestlĂ© Crunch and Butterfinger NestEggs. The bold packaging, unique Laffy Taffy flavors and chocolaty Crunch and Butterfinger are perfect to for filling Easter eggs, seasonal projects or placing around the house as a fun family treat.
I was very fortunate to be able to check out a few of these new items for Easter this year. Including,  Nerds Bumpy Jelly Beans, Laffy Taffy flavored jelly beans, and Butterfinger Nest Eggs.

Laffy Taffy flavored jelly beans. I have to tell you I am a huge fan of Laffy Taffy for me these taffys are my all-time favorite treat, especially the banana flavor. So when I heard that there was a new jelly bean that was in Laffy Taffy flavors I could not wait to try it. The Laffy Taffy jelly beans come in the flavors of,  banana, cherry, grape,  and apple. I have to say these really tasted just like the taffy! It was amazing and so sweet and delicious!

The  Butterfinger Nest Eggs candy pieces in milk chocolate. These eggs were the easiest way to enjoy a Butterfinger treat, nice little pieces of Butterfinger, surrounded by chocolate, in a handy to eat egg, this would be great to decorate cupcakes as well.

Nerds Bumpy Jelly Beans, these beans are unlike any Jelly Bean I have ever had they have a sweet and sour flavor. My daughter loved the Nerds Jelly beans, kids seem to love the super sour and sweet flavors of these beans. If you are looking for something different to add to your Easter basket, this is for you. These jelly beans are not the plain old jelly beans you had when you grew up these are completely different and great.

These all were a hit with my family, and would make a great addition to any Easter basket.

Sure candy in the basket is fun, but wouldn’t making a special treat with candy for the Easter holiday be even more special? Wonka and Nestle have some great recipes on the site this year, here are some of the best:

Ingredients:

2 (12-oz. pkg.) cups NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Premier White Morsels
2 teaspoons vegetable shortening
1/2 cup WONKA®
Laffy Taffy® Jelly Beans, divided

Directions:

LINE baking sheet with wax paper.

MICROWAVE morsels and vegetable shortening in medium, uncovered, microwave-safe bowl on MEDIUM-HIGH (70%) power for 1 minute; STIR. Morsels may retain some of their original shape. If necessary, microwave at additional 10- to 15-second intervals, stirring just until morsels are melted. Stir in 1/4 cup
Laffy Taffy Jelly Beans.

SPREAD mixture to 1/4-inch thickness on prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup
Laffy Taffy Jelly Beans. Refrigerate for about 15 minutes or until firm. Break into pieces. Store in airtight container at room temperature.

My family had fun making the bark and I am sure your family will have fun getting this special Easter treat together. Especially if you make it to share with the family on Easter, everyone will appreciate this fresh made candy bark made by someone they love.
