When Karina met Gwyneth.... This #Frockstar meets an Oscar winner.

I was very fortunate to be able to be invited to the Iron man 3 premiere in LA a few weeks ago. It was a whirlwind trip that I will never forget. It has already been a few weeks since the event, but it seems like it was yesterday. When we were told about the trip, they mentioned that we would be able to interview two of the stars, Ty Simpkins and Gwyneth Paltrow.

Yes Oscar winner Gwyneth Paltrow!  What should I ask these great stars? And more importantly what should I wear? As soon as I was invited to this great event, I knew I would have to have a great dress for travel. And who did I think of? Well Karina Dresses of course, Karina has comfortable dresses that are made to fit women of all shapes and sizes.

I wanted to do with a basic color that was pretty and classic. The Penelope ¾ sleeve in Navy was the dress for me.  The day of the interview started early with dress down wear, then I had literally about 10 minutes to get back to my room change, then get to the conference room to do the interviews. Phew! I had to run and change quickly.

Of course the dress came out of my stuffed suitcase without any wrinkles. I paired the Karina Dress with a white camisole, because well I have a bigger chest, and I did not want the girls to be hanging out. (The dress would be fine without the shell, for a date with my husband though, I am sure he would not mind). Then I ran off to the conference room. Luckily I looked put together and did not look like I dressed in a rush. Karina dresses are like the super dress, no wrinkles, no fuss no muss just a great looking dress that looks great on you. If you are age 18 to 80 Karina has a dress  you will love. One of the great features of the Penelope dress is that it has pockets, a great place for my phone, and my room key.

So it was time for the interviews, time for the butterflies in my stomach, and some nervous tension.  But at least I was comfortable, no constricting clothing for me, just a flowing Karina dress. First up was a young rising star Ty Simpkins. He was such a cutie! So personable and down to earth. My butterflies just disappeared, and I enjoyed the time we had with him.

Soon after it was time for the Gwyneth Paltrow interview, we were going to be the first media to interview her about being names People’s Most Beautiful Woman. It was so exciting.  Gwyneth Paltrow was such a sweet lady, she was just a mom like us.  We had about 15 minutes to chat with her, and she stayed for 30 minutes and when the interview was done she was in no rush to leave! I was so surprised that this very famous woman, just stayed for a bit longer to chat with all of us just mom to mom.

After both of the interviews we snapped a picture with each of the stars. As you can see my Karina Dress looks great, I think it really stands out and looks lovely.
