Review of The Croods on DVD on Blu-Ray Available Now

The Croods tells the story of the world's first family road trip. When their cave is destroyed, the Crood family must embark on a comedy adventure into strange and spectacular territory in search of a new home. As if patriarch Grug (Cage) didn't already have enough to handle, it goes from bad to worse when they encounter an imaginative nomad named Guy (Reynolds.) With Guy's help the Croods conquer their fear of the outside world and discover that they have exactly what it takes to survive - each other.

If you're looking for a movie for the whole family to enjoy look no further than The Croods. We had the chance to see The Croods and we all enjoyed the movie. I think my husband enjoyed it the most considering it has 2 things he loves Nick Cage and Ryan Reynolds. He loves talking like Nick Cage and since his imitation is pretty spot on it kind of makes me laugh and I've come to accept his massive man crush on Ryan Reynolds and we'll just leave it at that.

The movie itself without giving anything away since I'm not a spoiler kind of person was great, it has something for the whole family including comedy a bit of drama and at the heart of it a great story that is touching. It's a prehistoric comedy following the Croods and their fear of everything new, that's a feeling not shared by Eep voiced by Emma Stone who would rather take her chances experiencing new things instead of always hiding in the cave where new things can't kill them. The Croods are introduced by accident to Guy (Reynolds) who leads them on an epic journey full of adventure and new things. What happens to the Croods? You'll have to see that for yourself.

The movie is stunning, the landscape and the character models were amazing they finally can make hair look and move like it's real. If you're looking for a movie the whole family can enjoy look no further than the Croods, it will keep both kids and adults entertained and amused.
