Well the winter is  here! And we are finally seeing some colder days here in the northeast, does this mean I cannot wear dresses anymore? No not at all, I love to layer and wear pretty dresses all year long.  Dresses look so nice, and are comfortable, and why not be pretty and comfortable at work? I am a dress lover I just love wearing them. I recently had the chance to pick a dress from the Shabby Apple website, and boy did they have a lot of lovely dresses! But what to choose, I spent a while searching through the dress pages. I loved how they itemized the dresses, there are dress styles listed so you can shop by style or you can just view all of the dresses and look for the dress you would love! 

I finally decided on the At Last dress, I just loved the rich olive color, unlike any other dress I have ever had.

 As soon as the dress arrived I just had to wear it, it was a beautiful dress. The color just popped, the color would work well in the winter and the spring. I wore the dress to work and got a lot of great complements on it. My co-workers complemented on how stylish this great dress was.  The dress is light and easy to wear, I wore the dress all day without any issues. The dress fit well with my body shape, I have larger hips and this dress has an ample bottom so I had plenty of room in it. Also this dress is a great day and evening dress, great for a date night to dinner, or a date night to a wedding. Wherever you would like to go Shabby Apple will have the dress that will be great to go with.

I was also able to wash this dress easily, it is nice to have a dress that does not need dry cleaning, as a working mom I just do not have time to go to the dry cleaners!  The only issue with this dress is that it runs big (this is no secret though…. It is mentioned on the page for the dress that this runs big) believe it when they tell you it runs big, I am  so happy I ordered a size down it fits very nice. If you are concerned about the size issue, don’t worry if the size is not right for you just return it item to Shabby Apple and they will exchange it for another size for FREE.

I also love that Shabby Apple is a company that gives back, with your purchase know that Shabby Apple donates a percentage of their net proceeds to charitable causes serving women and children. This is wonderful!  It is nice to know that when I make a purchase I will be getting a great item of clothing and I will feel good knowing I will help to give back too.
