ThinReaders reading glasses that are in a iphone/android case, always have your reading glass with you. And an Amazon GC #Giveaway

Do you find it harder and harder to see your computer screen or read a book? Do you need reading glasses? Well some of us are at the point of our lives when reading glasses become a must. I have my reading glasses, and I am always misplacing them then I struggle to see the screen or read my book.. Well there is a solution ThinOptics has come up with a wonderful idea, a pair of reading glasses that are with you all the time… you carry your phone with you 24-7 right? Well your reading glasses are tucked right in on the phones case, this is ingenious!  Here is a little more information about ThinReaders from the website:

ThinReaders...the first reading glasses that are ALWAYS WITH YOU. Get yours now at ThinOptics.com. ThinReaders are created by ThinOptics to solve the problem of "Where are my glasses??" With ThinReaders in your Android or iPhone case your glasses are always with you when you need them.  They are also incredibly easy and comfortable to wear.

Team ThinOptics has created and tested over 200 prototype glasses culminating in a Beta product test on over 800 users. The two year development process resulted in the product being offered today which meets the following challenges:

Flexible
  • The glasses must be flexible in order to fit snugly on every nose, so nitinol (the same titanium alloy used in heart stents) was leveraged in the nose bridge
  • The glasses must feel stable, so countless frame designs were tested on a variety of noses
  • The nose pads need good adhesion without compromising comfort, so many different materials were tested
Mobile
  • The glasses must be thin and light to disappear on your mobile phone
  • To make the glasses very compact, the ear pieces were removed
  • Traditional bulky frames wouldn't fit into a phone case, so a new frame design was required
Vision
  • The optics need to be comfortable with everyday use, so the same optical-grade Poly-Carbonate used in high-end prescription glasses was deployed
  • The glasses must survive rugged use, so bullet-proof glass was used
Our mission is to finally solve the problem that has plagued glasses since they were invented in 1286: where are my glasses? Over time we will deliver an expanded line-up optical and accessory solutions enabling your glasses to be Always with You.
I have to admit I am getting older and my eyes are not as good as they used to be. I have (ack!) gone to trusting in my reading glasses (when have I become my mother?) for reading and for blogging on my computer and tablet. My reading glasses have been such a help while looking on the screen. The only issue I have with my reading glasses, is that I am always losing them, they are either in the kitchen, the living room, my purse, pretty much anywhere.
This lead me to having a bunch of pair of reading glasses, but the funny thing is I still can’t find one when I need one, odd isn’t it? When I had the chance to review a ThinReaders...the first reading glasses that are ALWAYS WITH YOU from ThinOptics, I was so excited. I always have my phone with me, it seems to be attached, ha ha…. So I knew I would love this product, having my reading glasses with me at all times? That is a great thing.

This case is well made and super easy to put on my phone, my Ipone is now not only the way to stay social with the world, it is a way to make sure I can literally see the world I am social with. The glasses are small and the case is just a little larger than the standard phone case, so it is not bulky at all. I am very happy with my ThinReaders. I cannot wait to bring this with me on our trips we have planned for 2014. I will be able to read on the plane without squinting, or struggling, these handy reading glasses will be there when I need them, right there on my phone.
So if you are looking for a handy way to travel with your needed reading glasses, ThinReaders are just what you need. ThinReaders retail for $28.00 for the glasses and an attachment for your current phone case, to  $38.00 which includes the case and glasses.  The cases are available for Androids and Iphones.
To celebrate this great product the generous folks at ThinReaders are giving one of Susan’s Disney Family readers a chance to win a  $25 Amazon card. Would you like to win? Please let me know what you think about, ThinReaders? Is there anyone in your family that would love these portable reading glasses, Please comment below. There are also other ways to enter.
