Barbara's Hand-made Cookie Pies a great Valentine treat! #Giveaway

Are you looking for a great Valentine’s Day treat for your special Valentine? Well I have a great suggestion for you all, how about a hand-made cookie pie that dates back 3 generations! Cookies are the ultimate comfort food, especially when they are homemade with care. A great company called Barbara's Cookie Pies has the homemade cookie pies you have been craving. Here is a little more information about the company from the website:

Barbara’s Hand-made Cookie Pie Company is committed to providing superior quality, hand-made butter cookie pies using fresh kitchen ingredients and family recipes passed down through the generations.  Barbara’s Cookie Pies are the evolution of the cookie into an artisan dessert. They are a decadent fusion of traditional cookie and candy classics with a modern artisan touch. It all starts with premium-quality butter cookie dough made from a family recipe passed down through the generations.
This butter cookie dough recipe was used by Barbara’s Mother and Nana (both also named Barbara) to make rich, flavorful out-of-this-world butter cookies. This buttery–rich cookie dough (a treat by itself) forms the bottom layer of each cookie pie. Then each is garnished with delectable toppings made from quality fresh wholesome ingredients such as fruit preserves, marshmallow, creamy peanut butter, coconut, caramel, almond, real chocolate and more – for a palate-pleasing, belly-satisfying treat.

I would like to  talk about my one true love. My husband? My daughter? No. Cinnamon. I am a cinnamon junkie, Cinnamon. It should be on tables in restaurants along with salt and pepper. Anytime someone says, "Ooh, this is so good - what's in this?" the answer invariably comes back, "cinnamon." Cinnamon. Again and again. Seinfeld is a genius, you can't argue genius! We....I had the pleasure of trying the Cinnamon Crumble Cookie Pie from  Barbara's Cookie Pies you could smell the cinnamon permeating through the box, I was in nirvana.

Think  crumb cake in a cookie ...then  take it up a notch. A thin butter cookie layer is enhanced with  a cinnamon & brown sugar cobbler  topping over a thin layer of raspberry  for a  simply delicious  combination of  flavors and textures. Perfection…times three. Ingredients,  Cookie Pie Crust: Fresh creamery butter, sugar, unbleached flour, real vanilla, whole eggs

Topping: Light brown sugar, flour, butter, cinnamon, pecans.

There comes a time in life (usually after dinner)  when you think of what to have for dessert...and we always seem to have different opinions in our house on who wants what. Someone wants cookies and someone else wants pie and I'm always trying to figure out the happy medium and I've finally have it! Give them both what they want in the form of a Barbara's Hand-made Cookie Pie.  The Cinnamon Crumble Cookie Pie was a great combination of sweet and crunchy, the pecans gave a nice crunch, and the cinnamon crumble topping was amazing. I adored this pie, and so did my family. I also loved that this was made with real ingredients, not a unnatural preservatives that my family does not need to eat.

If you are a fan of cookies, well you are going to love Barbara's Cookie Pies. Think of a giant cookie that you can slice like a pie, well you have a cookie pie, a delicious treat. The pie is a nice size, and for $19.50 the pie would make a great gift.  If  you are looking for a Valentine’s Day treat for your special Valentine, S Barbara's Cookie Pies are just what you have been searching for,  look no further than a sweet cookie pie from Barbara’s Cookie Pies, from a Oreo chocolate treat, to a Key Lime sweet pie, to a crunchy peppermint pie.
