The Invisible Chef incredibly tasty and easy to make mixes for brownies, scones, muffins and more #Giveaway

Are you a busy working mom like me? Do you love to bake and treat family members and co-workers with fresh baked goodies? I love to but my life is so very busy and I just do not have the time to make these goodies from scratch… Do I want to buy pre-made baked goods? No.. but I need something that is easy to make and tastes great….. The Invisible Chef to the rescue! The invisible Chef has great easy to make mixes, that are sure to taste homemade! Here is a little more information about The Invisible Chef from the website:
The Invisible Chef  premium baking mixes are blended using all natural ingredients so you know you are serving the very best to your family and friends. Our mixes are simple to bake, and use just a few basic ingredients from your kitchen.
Give the gift of fresh-baked goodness featured in all of our gourmet specialties…beer bread, corn bread, and our quick bread collection of coffee & tea cakes including almond crème, apple spice, cherry chocolate chip, chocolate truffle, chocolate chipotle brownie, lemon poppy seed, maple oat walnut, and vanilla fig.  Enjoy the chef’s unique recipes, tips and ideas for making sensational treats. Visit us often to see an array of new pantry favorites including muffins, cookies, brownies, blondies, cupcake kits, and scones.

The Invisible Chef is a baking mix company who has a line of incredibly tasty mixes for brownies, scones, muffins and more. I was very fortunate to be able try a sampling of their mixes from coffee cakes, to scones to cupcakes and more.  I fell in love this these great mixes from The Invisible Chef.

coffee & tea cake vanilla fig
coffee & tea cake apple spice
limoncello cupcake kit
savory muffin kits bacon cheddar onion mix
Fig and Chocolate scone mix
Cranberry Cornmeal Sweet Muffin Cakes

The Invisible Chef mixes are all super simple to use, just add a few ingredients, stir and bake. Sounds too good to be true right? Would they just taste like boxed baked goods you could pick up at the supermarket? Well not even close! These treats are amazing, and they really taste homemade!

I made the coffee & tea cake vanilla fig, all you needed with this particular mix was a cup of milk, 1/3 cup of oil and two eggs, this took less than an hour to make from start to finish… I used the time while this baked to clean, and before I knew it the house was filled with a sweet and delicious scent, that was mouthwatering.
The cake was just amazing, and looked so very professional. I brought some of this yummy treat into work, and share with my co-workers, this was very much enjoyed and it did not last long. The cake was filled with sweet figs, and was soft and moist a great treat.

The past weekend, we were having a little family get together for my mother’s birthday  and I wanted to make something special. There would only be a few of us, but I wanted to make this time together special. I decided on making the limoncello cupcake kit. Cupcakes for an adults birthday? Sure why not? Everyone loves cupcakes right?
This kit came with the cake mix, and the frosting mix, all you needed was the butter eggs etc, and you are ready to make some cupcakes. These were super easy to make, and were done in no time. My mother was so surprised, and being a big fan of lemon of course she loved these amazing cupcakes.

So if you are looking to impress your friends and family with your baking skills, and you have none, or you are just too busy to bake, you are going to love  The Invisible Chef mixes! These are great mixes to have on hand in your pantry, a great go to, when needed. I was very impressed with the line of Invisible Chef products that I tried. Be sure to check out The Invisible Chef, and pick up some wonderful mixes for quick savory or sweet baked goods that will be loved, and I am sure you will love them too. I know I will be back to purchase from  The Invisible Chef, they are really a family favorite now.

We are all crazy about figs in my house and we have a large fig tree in the backyard but fresh figs are only available on it twice a year so for those non-productive times, we would like to try the Vanilla Fig coffee cake.
