Islands of Adventure, an amazing adventure for the family! #‎universalorlando‬ @universalorl ‪#‎ad‬ #Travel

I received tickets to Universal Studios  and Islands of Adventure to facilitate this review, all opinions are 100% my own.
Did you know when visiting the Universal Orlando Resort while at Universal Orlando, park you can head to Islands of Adventure via train? (as long as you have Park to Park Admission) This is no ordinary train, it is an experience! We took the Hogwarts Express from Diagon Alley to the Islands of Adventure and that train ride itself was an experience you should all take.

I was really blown away at the level of thought and detail put into theses experiences and the depth level of it all is mesmerizing.  Once off the train we walked around The Wizarding World of Harry Potter™ - Hogsmeade™ at Islands of Adventure, for a while. Yet again you wee transported to the world of Harry Potter, a must for all fans. Even if you are not familier with Harry Potter, you will still appreciate walking in this amazing fantasy land.

Then we explored the fantastic world of Dr. Seuss at Seuss Landing there are fun family rides for kids, and for kids at heart. The If I Ran The Zoo™ water fun was just what was needed on a hot summer day. The Caro-Seuss-el™ is a great way to relay and enjoy the old fashioned family fun.
I knew my husband was itching to get to The Amazing Adventures of Spiderman. I live with a nerd  (I say this lovingly!) who loves comics and the thought of an Island loaded with comic characters and rides was just making him burst with anticipation and when we finally made it over to Marvel Super Hero Island he wasn't disappointed.
We instantly went over to The Amazing Adventures of Spiderman to see if that fabled ride lived up to the hype...yes it did.
We had so much fun on that ride we went on it a few more times in a row thanks to the wonderful Universal Express Pass. I know my husband would have loved to ride a few more things but we were pressed for time and with his broken wrist holding on for dear life on roller coasters wasn't in the cards so we hustled back to Mythos for dinner and Mythos didn't disappoint.

There is no wonder why this restaurant gets such high praise and wins awards, the food is good and the prices are affordable. For the quality of everything you get in Mythos you'd expect to pay top dollar but it's a relative bargain and the food is delicious.
Thirteen years is a long time and we've said that it won't be another thirteen before we head back to Universal. Our day was long and hot but we had a blast and with all we did we still have more to do and see and I know we'll be back and I'm looking forward to it.
The Universal Orlando Resort is much more than just theme parks, this great place is made up of four awesome on-site hotels, Universal CityWalk and two incredible  theme parks – Universal Studios Florida and Universal’s Islands of Adventure. If you are looking for a great experience, I would highly recommend the Universal Orlando Resort experience!

(I don't know if my comment got eaten by the internet or if it's in moderation, so here it is again, just in case.:) )

Everything there looks larger than life! It doesn't even look that crowded, but that could be your photography skills.

We live near Universal LA, and I have been ever so jealous of the Hogwarts experience in Orlando! I've been to 'Universal' a dozen times, but I'd still love to take a trip to see this park anyday!

My kids are dying to go there. I'm waiting until I know they're tall enough to ride all the rides, my youngest would be beyond mad if she couldn't go on one of the roller coasters.
