Great news! Walt Disney Animation Studios Developing FROZEN 2! And a great new kids book, Do You Want To Build A Snowman?



I have some great news for you all. There will be a Frozen 2! I know many have hoped for a continuation of this amazing story, and now your wishes will come true! All of your favorites will surely be back, Anna, Elsa, and Olaf and many other new friends.  Frozen 2 is in development with directors Chris Buck and Jennifer Lee and producer Peter Del Vecho, the Oscar®-winning film making team behind Frozen. Here is the little snippet I received, just wanted to share the great information with you all: Winter weather ahead! Frozen 2 is officially in development at Walt Disney Animation Studios with directors Chris Buck and Jennifer Lee and producer Peter Del Vecho, the Oscar®-winning filmmaking team behind Frozen.
The news was announced at Disney’s Annual Meeting of Shareholders this morning by Bob Iger, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Walt Disney Company; John Lasseter, Chief Creative Officer of Walt Disney and Pixar Animation Studios; and actor Josh Gad, who provides the voice of Olaf from Frozen.
“We enjoyed making Frozen Fever so much and being back in that world with those characters,” said John Lasseter. “Jennifer Lee and Chris Buck have come up with a great idea for a sequel and you will be hearing a lot more about it and we’re taking you back to Arendelle. We are so excited about that.”

A release date and production details are yet to be announced.

Do You Want To Build A Snowman? Hardcover – March 31, 2015 - by Calliope Glass (Author), Olga Mosqueda (Illustrator) - With a simple shake or tap, the readers help Anna and Elsa put Olaf together again! In this truly hands-on interactive picture book, the readers play a part in the storytelling. Through instructional text, children learn numbers and directions such as up, down, left, right, clockwise, and counterclockwise. Toddlers will enjoy the feeling of creating the story and the element of magic and wonder.  Ages 3-5

This book is adorable. As soon as I stared reading this book to my 3 year old niece, she loved it. My niece giggled with each, shake and blow every time we interacted with the book she loved it.  The illustration we cute and well done. We have read this book over and over and it never seems to get old. If you have a little one who loves Frozen and is between 3-5 they are going to love interacting with this book.

The new Hands-on Series features fun interactive books that really get the kids to interact and have a great time while reading. The first two books in the series are, Disney’ Frozen, Do You Want To Build A Snowman? For those Frozen fans out there, and Marvel’s Shake to Assemble for your little Avengers fan, each are available on 3/31/15

I am so excited to hear that another Frozen is going to be made. We have the first Frozen movie and CD of music because we enjoy the movie and music so much. Can not wait for the second movie to come out!
