The Disneyland Book of Lists a new way to explore six decades of Disneyland® history #Giveaway

Are you a fan of everything Disney like we are? Do you love to see all of the movies visit the parks, and read about Disney as much as you can? Well I am always up for a good book about Disney, especially one about my favorite park Disneyland.  I have a great book to share with you all, The Disneyland Book of Lists a great book of lists that will keep you entertained and you will learn things you never knew before. Here is a little more information about this fun book from the website:

The Disneyland Book of Lists offers a new way to explore six decades of Disneyland® history. Hundreds of fascinating lists cover the past and present and feature everything from the park’s famous attractions, shops, restaurants, parades, and live shows to the creative artists, designers, characters, and performers who have made Disneyland® the world’s most beloved theme park.

Inside the pages of this fun- and fact-filled book you will find:

• 13 of Walt Disney’s Disneyland® Favorites
• 33 Remaining Signs and Structures from Disneyland®’s Past
• 13 Heart-Thumping Moments in Disneyland®’s Attractions
• 46 Disneyland® Parades
• 18 Secrets in the Haunted Mansion
• 30 Jokes from the Jungle Cruise
• 26 Special Events at Disneyland You May Not Have Heard Of
• 15 Urban Legends
• 80 Celebrity Visitors Between 1955 and the 1980s
• 19 Disneyland® Attractions with the Longest Names
• 11 Movies Based on Disneyland® Attractions
• A Dozen World Records Set at Disneyland®

In addition to lists created by author Chris Strodder (The Disneyland® Encyclopedia), the book will include lists from celebrities, Disneyland® experts and historians, Disneyland® Imagineers and designers, and other current and former Disneyland® employees.

I always find myself checking out lists, be it from friend suggestions on Facebook or a list from a favorite magazine. I am just fascinated with the top 10 of this or that. So when I had the chance to check out The Disneyland Book of Lists by Chris Strodder, I was excited to get reading. As most of you know we are planning yet another trip to Disneyland this summer, so being able to read about some Disneyland history and facts with these informative lists was great. Have you ever wondered what the top 15 urban legends at Disneyland? Or  secrets about your favorite rides? There are lists that I never even thought about in this book, such a great variety.

We will surely be bringing this book with us on our vacation to Disneyland to entertain each other while we stand in line for our favorite rides.  Yes Disney is full of lines, what can you do to kill time? Play with your cell phone? Sure they’re great, they have games and You Tube and you can just surf the web but they have a main function as a phone, and after playing with it in line for hours on end your battery will eventually die now your phone is useless and if you need it to make a call you’re stuck. You can talk but holding a multi hour conversation is hard and can become boring quickly! With this book, it will help pass the time all while having fun and learning more about the park.

To get excited for our upcoming trip, we read through the book asking each other questions to see how well we remember the specifics of Disneyland. We took specific lists and made it a bit of a game, could we guess the top items on the list?  The Disneyland Book of Lists by Chris Strodder is available in paperback, and ebook, so if you are planning a trip to Disneyland or know someone who is… Or if you are just a Disney fan who would like to learn more about the Disneyland park. Make sure to pick up a copy of this great book, you will just love all of the great lists!

When I was a kid going with my folks. Of course we were only there for 1 day so didn't get to see everything. But did get to ride Space Mountain with my Pops (he hated it).

I have never been to the Disney World and we are going this summer for the first time. Now I have been to Disney Land in California and I loved to go on the Space Mountain.

My favorite Disney memory is when we took our children (3 years old and 1 year old) for the first time. The excitement on my 3 year old's face was priceless.
