Amazing items for the holiday season, at the Social Media Mom Mixer! #MomMixer

****I was not compensated and I did not have to post about any of the sponsors of the Social Media Mom Mixer event. I was given samples or products from the brands in attendance at the event. All thoughts and opinions are 100% my own****

I was very fortunate to be able to attend the Social Mom Mixer Holiday Showcase event. It was a great time to catch up with friends, meet new friends, and of course check out some great new products that will be hot this holiday season!  The Holiday Mom Mixer event in Philadelphia, was co-hosted by Colleen Padilla and Whitney Wingerd. This event showcased some of the hottest new items for the holiday season.

This fun event was held at the Franklin Institute in Philadelphia. A museum my family loves and has visited quite a lot.   This was a event were media moms throughout the local area could come together and get ready for the holidays in style.  This even was full of great sponsors that will be great for your holiday gift list ideas. I know when it comes to the holidays I can sometimes just draw a bland on what to get some family members... These great ideas will help!
Johnson’s wanted to pamper us, and give us some tips using basic Johnson’s items to look you r very best this holiday season. Stella & Dot (@JenThomasJewles). Stella & Dot had shiny sparkly jewelry and accessories for us to try out. These would make a holiday look stand out even more, great for the holiday season.
Stride Rite Looking for a cute pair of shoes for your little one this holiday season? Be sure to check out the amazing selection of shoes from Stride Rite, from boots to cute flats, there is such a great selection of comfortable shoes.  There are new boots this season, that fit like a sneaker! A boot that kids will like? No more “These boots are hurting my feet” that is a wonderful thing.

The Franklin Institute  , had some great information about their newest exhibits, and the classic favorites. If you are looking for a fun educational place to visit, be sure to check out The Franklin Institute. @TheFranklin

We have always been fans of McDonalds, and getting to meet representatives and to be able to chat with them was a great thing for me. McDonald’s of the Greater Philadelphia Region (@McDPhilly).  They were equally excited as I was for the new McDonalds announcement, Breakfast All Day! No more getting in at 10:31 am and missing breakfast, you can enjoy your breakfast favorites all day long.
Just Play Toys had some fun toys to check out like the new sensation that is sure to sell out soon and be the toy of the holiday season, Ultimate Olaf! He moves around, talks and even blinks! The kids are going to go crazy for this fun toy. Other hits will be favorites like Doc Mc Stuffins, Care Bears, and Puppy Surprise. Peanuts fans, you simply have to check out the Happy Dance Snoopy.
Can you find the Christmas Pickle? I know I always loved finding the pickle in our tree, a family tradition that we had for many years, something my daughter now enjoys. I am so happy that the world is now being introduced to the joy of the pickle in the Christmas tree, with The Pickle Elf @pickleelf make your own family tradition with this set.
Looking for some fun holiday labels  or gift tags? Would you like an extra special way to seal your holiday cookies, to let that special someone know these were made with love? Be sure to check out Mabel’s Labels to find personalized books, labels many more! @Mabelslabels
Hasbro had a showcase of their latest toys featuring Playskool Friends, Littlest Pet Shop, Scrabble, Star Wars and more.  I know I will be picking up quite a few Hasbro items for my little nephew, he will adore some new Transformers toys. My daughter will just love some My Little Pony’s to decorate her room and have fun with.

So are any items from the Mom Mixer a must have for you this holiday season? I know I found a lot of good gift ideas!  I would like to thank the sponsors, this was a great event, and I hope you get to check out some of the great items above.

It looks like a nice, diverse group of sponsors was there. I'm an hour out of Philly, it could be a lot of fun to go to one of these.

We love Stride Rite for our daughter. She has been growing so much that we've had to buy her 2 different sizes of shoes in the last year. I'm sure her favorite would be all the toys, especially Minnie and Olaf.

Wow, that looks like you had a great time! I would have loved to be able to go to a place like this. I think my favorite of your pictures is the Mabel's Labels. You can never have too many - they keep you organized, and help things from getting lost!
